【摘要】：1985年國家體委提出:“率先在北京、大連和廣東三個地區(qū)開展高爾夫運動”的通知,在這之后,高爾夫俱樂部以及高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速在我國發(fā)展起來。高爾夫俱樂部日益增多,高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸繁榮,帶來的龐大的人才需求。而據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計,我國高爾夫市場人才缺口達150,000,尤其是對高爾夫應(yīng)用型人才的需求。隨著高爾夫運動的推廣和普及,高爾夫體育產(chǎn)業(yè)項目對高爾夫?qū)ｉT人才的需求將逐漸增長。高等體育院校是我國高爾夫本科人才培養(yǎng)的重要基地,應(yīng)當(dāng)面對社會實際情況,在社會需求的指引下,開展高爾夫本科人才培養(yǎng)途徑的新探索。但是我國高爾夫行業(yè)人才匱乏正嚴重制約著高爾夫運動以高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。目前,很多體育院校已經(jīng)看到了高爾夫人才培養(yǎng)的緊急性和必要性,紛紛開設(shè)高爾夫方向課程,但由于高爾夫球運動在國內(nèi)開展較早,出現(xiàn)了許多的問題,師資緊缺、場地受限、辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗欠缺、課程設(shè)置不完善和雜亂等問題成為影響高爾夫教育發(fā)展的因素之一,本文根據(jù)目前我國較早開展高爾夫教育的體育院校:沈陽體院、上海體院、廣州體院、山東體院、武漢體院、哈爾濱體育學(xué)院6所體育院校的課程體系進行分析和研究。本文通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法、調(diào)查研究法、比較分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,對6所體育院校的高爾夫球人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進行研究,分析了我國現(xiàn)階段高爾夫?qū)I(yè)方向的教育現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題:體育院校高爾夫本科人才培養(yǎng)目標比較寬泛,就業(yè)方向籠統(tǒng),指導(dǎo)性不強,基本上是專業(yè)知識技能目標。人才培養(yǎng)途徑比較單一,教學(xué)理論與社會實踐并沒有很好的結(jié)合在一起;高爾夫教材內(nèi)容過于陳舊,高爾夫?qū)I(yè)理論課程比重較大,重視知識的傳承,但在某種程度上忽視了對學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng);選課資源匱乏,學(xué)生興趣不足,課程滿意度較低,教學(xué)質(zhì)量體系不完善。為此,本文作者希望通過體育院校高爾夫人才培養(yǎng)和市場潛力及我國高爾夫本科教育現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出滿足高爾夫產(chǎn)業(yè)人才需求的對策。
[Abstract]:In 1985, the State Sports Commission put forward the notice of "taking the lead in developing golf in Beijing, Dalian and Guangdong". After that, golf clubs and golf industry developed rapidly in China. With the increasing number of golf clubs and the prosperity of golf industry, there is a huge demand for talents. According to incomplete statistics, the gap of golf talents in our country is 1500 0000. especially the demand for applied golf talents. With the popularization and popularization of golf, the demand for golf professionals in golf industry will increase gradually. Sports colleges and universities are the important bases for the cultivation of golf undergraduate talents in our country. We should face the actual situation of the society and carry out a new exploration of the ways of cultivating golf undergraduate talents under the guidance of the social demands. However, the lack of talents in China's golf industry is seriously restricting the healthy development of golf industry. At present, many sports colleges and universities have seen the urgency and necessity of training golf talents. They have set up golf orientation courses one after another. However, due to the early development of golf in China, there have been many problems and teachers are in short supply. One of the factors that influence the development of golf education is limited field, lack of experience in running a school, imperfect curriculum and disorder. According to the present physical education institutions of our country: Shenyang Institute of physical Education, Shanghai Institute of physical Education, and so on, the author points out that: Shenyang Institute of physical Education, Shanghai Institute of physical Education, Shanghai Institute of physical Education, Guangzhou Institute of physical Education, Shandong Institute of physical Education, Wuhan Institute of physical Education, Harbin Institute of physical Education 6 physical education institutions for analysis and research. In this paper, the present situation of golf talent training in 6 sports colleges is studied by the methods of literature, expert interview, investigation and research, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics. This paper analyzes the present situation of golf specialty education in our country and the existing problems: the training goal of golf undergraduate talents in sports colleges is broad, the employment direction is general and the guidance is not strong, which is basically the goal of professional knowledge and skill. Talent training approach is relatively single, teaching theory and social practice are not well combined; golf teaching material content is too old, golf professional theory curriculum proportion is large, attach importance to the transmission of knowledge, However, to some extent, it ignores the cultivation of students' innovative ability, lacking of elective resources, insufficient interest of students, low degree of satisfaction and imperfect system of teaching quality. Therefore, the author hopes to put forward the countermeasures to meet the demand of golf talents through the analysis of golf talent training and market potential in sports colleges and universities and the present situation of golf undergraduate education in China.
