【摘要】：采用SWOT分析法研究江蘇冰雪運(yùn)動發(fā)展的內(nèi)部環(huán)境和外部因素。結(jié)果顯示:江蘇冰雪運(yùn)動發(fā)展的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢主要是雄厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和強(qiáng)大的綜合體育實力;內(nèi)部劣勢主要體現(xiàn)在自然條件不足、社會基礎(chǔ)薄弱和專業(yè)人才緊缺;外部機(jī)遇主要是北京成功申辦2022年冬奧會、相關(guān)冰雪運(yùn)動政策的出臺以及"輪轉(zhuǎn)冰"試點(diǎn);外部威脅主要體現(xiàn)在冰雪產(chǎn)業(yè)不具規(guī)模、南方和西部其他省份冰雪運(yùn)動的發(fā)展以及群眾體育需求多元化。提出確立江蘇冰雪運(yùn)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位,以"輪轉(zhuǎn)冰"速滑運(yùn)動引領(lǐng)冰雪運(yùn)動全面發(fā)展等建議。
[Abstract]:The internal and external factors of the development of ice and snow movement in Jiangsu are studied by SWOT analysis. The results show that the internal advantages of the development of the ice and snow movement in Jiangsu are strong economic foundation and strong comprehensive sports strength, and the internal disadvantages are mainly reflected in the lack of natural conditions, weak social foundation and professional talents, and the main external opportunities. It is Beijing's successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, the introduction of the relevant ice and snow movement policy and the "rotation ice" pilot. The external threats are mainly reflected in the non scale of the ice and snow industry, the development of ice and snow movement in the South and other provinces in the West and the diversification of the demand for mass sports. It is proposed to establish the strategic orientation of the development of the ice and snow movement in Jiangsu, with the speed skating of "rotation of ice" Sports lead the comprehensive development of ice and snow sports and other suggestions.
