外部信息反饋對(duì)跳板跳水技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)效率的影響

【摘要】:目的:分析外部信息反饋對(duì)跳板跳水技術(shù)訓(xùn)練過程中起跳高度的訓(xùn)練效率的影響,旨在為提高青少年跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)效率提供快捷有效的訓(xùn)練手段。方法:20名(男女各10名)省隊(duì)乙級(jí)跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員志愿參加實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各10名,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在每個(gè)訓(xùn)練動(dòng)作完成后使用跳板跳水輔助訓(xùn)練平臺(tái)向其反饋起跳高度值,而對(duì)照組沒有起跳高度值的反饋,其他與訓(xùn)練相關(guān)的安排2組完全相同,完成12周的訓(xùn)練干預(yù)。研究結(jié)果表明:1)外部信息反饋對(duì)跳板跳水起跳高度的技術(shù)訓(xùn)練有促進(jìn)作用,能夠提高跳板運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練效率。外部信息反饋對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員學(xué)習(xí)新動(dòng)作的效率有較大促進(jìn)作用;而對(duì)于舊動(dòng)作的學(xué)習(xí),外部信息反饋的促進(jìn)作用雖然沒有新動(dòng)作明顯,但仍然比不使用外部信息反饋的運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練效率高。2)從起跳模型的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)的穩(wěn)定性是外部信息反饋提高訓(xùn)練效率的手段之一。3)壓板深度與起跳高度之間的關(guān)系并不十分密切,較大的壓板深度,仍然不能保證他能夠獲得較高的起跳高度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of external information feedback on the training efficiency of take-off height in the course of springboard diving training, in order to provide a quick and effective training method for improving the technical learning efficiency of juvenile divers. Methods Twenty (10 male and 10 male) provincial team B divers volunteered to participate in the experiment, the experimental group (10 cases) and the control group (10 cases). The experimental group used the springboard diving assistant training platform to feedback the take-off height to them after each training. The control group had no feedback on take-off height, and other training related arrangements were the same in two groups, and 12 weeks training intervention was completed. The results show that the external information feedback can promote the technical training of springboard take-off height and can improve the training efficiency of springboard athletes. External information feedback can greatly promote the efficiency of learning new movements, while for the learning of old actions, the external information feedback has no obvious promoting effect on the learning of new movements, although the external information feedback has no obvious effect on the learning efficiency of new movements. But still more efficient than athletes who don't use external feedback. 2) from the takeoff model analysis found, Improving the stability of athletes' technique is one of the ways to improve the training efficiency by external information feedback. 3) the relationship between the pressure plate depth and the take-off height is not very close. There is still no guarantee that he can get a higher take-off height.
