高溫高濕環(huán)境下冷療與交替療法對(duì)自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)后疲勞恢復(fù)效果的對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:研究目的:高溫高濕環(huán)境是包括奧運(yùn)會(huì)在內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)大型賽事都不可避免的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,而恢復(fù)階段作為訓(xùn)練和比賽中至關(guān)重要的一個(gè)階段,對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)員保持良好的機(jī)能狀態(tài)以應(yīng)對(duì)接下來(lái)的訓(xùn)練和比賽都顯得舉足輕重。訓(xùn)練和比賽后的冷療恢復(fù)是一項(xiàng)可以幫助運(yùn)動(dòng)員既抵御高溫高濕熱壓力又能快速恢復(fù)的新興物理恢復(fù)手段。本文旨在比較研究不同冷療對(duì)高溫高濕環(huán)境下自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)后生理指標(biāo)影響,探索合理的恢復(fù)方法。研究方法:本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用隨機(jī)分組設(shè)計(jì),12名男性(平均年齡22.08±2.02歲)進(jìn)行三次冷療干預(yù)試驗(yàn),即空白對(duì)照(CON)、冷療(CWI)和冷熱交替療法(CWT),每次間隔7天。同一名受試者不同干預(yù)方式形成自身對(duì)照。受試者進(jìn)入溫度為35℃-38℃,濕度為60%-70%的高溫高濕環(huán)境中進(jìn)行遞增負(fù)荷至力竭的功率自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)后,立即進(jìn)行冷療干預(yù)15min。實(shí)驗(yàn)中采集相關(guān)生理指標(biāo)和運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī),數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果采用SPSS23.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果:1.恢復(fù)結(jié)束后,與CON組相比,CWT組心率平均降低7次/min,CWI組心率平均降低5次/min,沒(méi)有顯著性差異(P0.05)。2.恢復(fù)結(jié)束后,與CON組相比,CWT組核心溫度沒(méi)有明顯變化,CWI組核心溫度平均降低0.3℃,表現(xiàn)出了顯著性差異(P0.05)。3.恢復(fù)至第5min時(shí),CWI組比CON組降低了0.7℃,表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異(P0.05)。在恢復(fù)至第8min時(shí),CWT組比CON組降低了0.7℃,表現(xiàn)出了顯著性差異(P0.05)。其他時(shí)刻各組之間未表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異(P0.05)。4.在恢復(fù)的第13min和恢復(fù)結(jié)束后,與CON組相比,CWT組血乳酸分別平均降低了1.7mmol/L和1.9mmol/L,均表現(xiàn)出了非常顯著性差異(P0.001)。5.Omega Wave測(cè)試表明受試者機(jī)能狀態(tài)反應(yīng)各不相同,沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一規(guī)律。研究結(jié)論與建議:1.冷療可以顯著降低核心溫度;冷療及冷熱交替療法對(duì)于皮膚表面溫度的影響表現(xiàn)為先下降后上升;運(yùn)動(dòng)后進(jìn)行冷熱交替療法相比于冷療,血乳酸的恢復(fù)速度更快。2.冷療與冷熱交替療法對(duì)于恢復(fù)階段心率、血氧飽和度以及機(jī)體綜合指標(biāo)的恢復(fù)沒(méi)有明顯效果。3.建議在恢復(fù)階段針對(duì)不同個(gè)體設(shè)計(jì)不同恢復(fù)方案,并對(duì)室溫進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格掌控。使之保持在合理區(qū)間。
[Abstract]:Research objective: high temperature and high humidity environment is an inevitable environmental problem in all major events, including the Olympic Games, and the recovery stage is a crucial stage in training and competition. For the athletes to maintain a good state of function to cope with the next training and competition are important. Cold therapy recovery after training and competition is a new physical recovery method which can help athletes to resist high temperature, high humidity and heat pressure as well as to recover quickly. The purpose of this paper is to compare the effects of different cold therapy on the physiological indexes of bicycle under high temperature and high humidity, and to explore a reasonable recovery method. Methods: 12 male subjects (mean age 22.08 鹵2.02 years) were randomly divided into two groups to undergo three cold therapy intervention trials, namely, blank control group (Conn), cold therapy (CWI) and alternate cold and heat therapy (CWTT), with a 7-day interval.
