對河南省乒乓球俱樂部后備人才培養(yǎng)方式的研究

【摘要】:重視后備人才的選拔和培養(yǎng)是我國乒乓球運動在國際乒壇保持長盛不衰的一個重要原因。2002年前后,雖然我國競技體育后備人才數(shù)量出現(xiàn)了較大幅度的縮減,但乒乓球項目經(jīng)過多年的鞏固和提高,運動員和教練員整體數(shù)量依然得到提升,而借助于乒乓球超級聯(lián)賽成立起來的各職業(yè)化乒乓球俱樂部,在近十多年來的人才培養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮了越來越重要的作用,2012倫敦奧運會金牌得主馬龍、張繼科等就是職業(yè)俱樂部培養(yǎng)出來的頂尖選手。河南省作為我國人口第一大省,更是體育大省,為國家乒乓球隊輸送了許多優(yōu)秀的乒乓球運動員。但近些年河南省乒乓球后備力量的培養(yǎng)出現(xiàn)了嚴重的問題,使后備人才的輸送出現(xiàn)斷層。本課題從河南省乒乓球俱樂部的分布、開展以及運作情況著手,結(jié)合目前競技體育發(fā)展新要求,肯定優(yōu)勢,尋找不足,從而為更好的發(fā)揮俱樂部在人才培養(yǎng)中的主力軍作用、促進乒乓球項目的科學發(fā)展,為河南省乒乓球事業(yè)發(fā)展提供理論基礎。本文在運用體育學、社會學、心理學、管理學等相關理論基礎之上,采用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻資料法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,以河南省八個俱樂部(濮陽地區(qū)的濮陽市乒乓球?qū)W校、河南省青年乒乓球訓練中心,鄭州地區(qū)的天下乒乓球俱樂部、大河乒乓球俱樂部、第一乒乓球俱樂部、大拇指乒乓球俱樂部,開封地區(qū)的順河區(qū)乒乓球訓練中心、匡威力乒乓球俱樂部)的管理者和每個俱樂部隨機的30名運動員以及5名教練員為調(diào)查對象,研究河南省乒乓球俱樂部后備人才的培養(yǎng)方式。在借鑒專家和學者研究的基礎上,對后備人才、俱樂部、管理體制、后備人才培養(yǎng)方式的相關概念進行了梳理,對河南省乒乓球俱樂部后備人才培養(yǎng)方式的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法及邏輯分析法進一步研究對河南省乒乓球俱樂部后備人才培養(yǎng)方式的影響因素,最后得出結(jié)論并提出相應的對策。研究結(jié)果表明,河南省乒乓球俱樂部后備人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的問題出現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:一、運動員的年齡呈現(xiàn)“老年狀態(tài)”;二、新老運動員的銜接出現(xiàn)斷層;三、運動員握拍和打法類型的局限性;四、教練員薪資水平低;五、教練員的業(yè)務水平更新不夠;六、運動員的選拔機制不公平。通過對結(jié)論分析,得到一下建議:一、引進人才;二、加強對老隊員的照顧;三、加強打法的創(chuàng)新和延續(xù);四、提高教練員業(yè)務水平;五、保證乒乓球后備人才的合理流動;六、加強后備人才間的溝通和交流。
[Abstract]:Attaching importance to the selection and training of reserve talents is one of the important reasons for our country's table tennis to maintain its long-term prosperity in the international table tennis world. In 2002 or so, although the number of reserve talents of competitive sports in our country has decreased by a large margin, However, after many years of consolidation and improvement, the overall number of athletes and coaches has been improved, and the professional table tennis clubs established by the Table Tennis Super League have been used. In the past decade, talent training has played a more and more important role in London 2012 Olympic gold medal winners Ma Long, Zhang Jike and other professional clubs are trained out of the top players. Henan Province, as the largest province in population and sports province in China, has provided many excellent table tennis players for the national table tennis team. However, in recent years, there have been serious problems in the cultivation of table tennis reserve force in Henan Province, which makes the transportation of reserve talents appear fault. This subject starts from the distribution, development and operation of table tennis clubs in Henan Province, combines the new requirements of the development of competitive sports at present, affirms the advantages, and seeks for the shortcomings, so as to give better play to the role of the club as the main force in the training of talents. To promote the scientific development of table tennis, provide a theoretical basis for the development of table tennis in Henan Province. Based on the relevant theories of sports, sociology, psychology and management, this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire, literature, interview, mathematical statistics and so on. Eight clubs in Henan Province (Puyang Table Tennis School in Puyang, Henan Youth Table Tennis training Center, World Table Tennis Club in Zhengzhou, Dahe Table Tennis Club, first Table Tennis Club, The managers of thumb Table Tennis Club, Shunhe District Table Tennis training Center in Kaifeng, Converse Table Tennis Club, and 30 athletes and 5 coaches from each club were investigated. This paper studies the training methods of reserve talents of table tennis clubs in Henan Province. Based on the research of experts and scholars, this paper combs the related concepts of reserve talents, clubs, management system and training methods of reserve talents, and makes an investigation and analysis of the present situation of the training methods of reserve talents of table tennis clubs in Henan Province. By means of mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper further studies the influencing factors on the cultivation of reserve talents in table tennis clubs in Henan Province, and finally draws a conclusion and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. The results show that the status quo of table tennis club reserve talents cultivation in Henan Province appears in the following aspects: first, the age of athletes presents a "state of old"; second, the convergence of new and old athletes appears a fault; third, The limitations of the players' grip and play style; fourth, the low salary level of coaches; fifthly, the professional level of coaches is not updated enough; sixth, the selection mechanism of athletes is unfair. Through the analysis of the conclusions, some suggestions are obtained: first, to introduce talents; 2) to strengthen the care of the old players; 3) to strengthen the innovation and continuation of the playing methods; 4) to improve the professional level of coaches; 5) to ensure the reasonable flow of reserve talents in table tennis; Sixth, strengthen the communication and exchange between reserve talents.
