8周下肢末端釋放訓(xùn)練對(duì)男子排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員原地?cái)r網(wǎng)起跳能力的影響

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究旨在通過探討兩種不同末端釋放訓(xùn)練方法對(duì)于排球?qū)I(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員下肢力量訓(xùn)練的比較,探討其對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員下肢爆發(fā)力及原地?cái)r網(wǎng)起跳能力的效果研究。研究方法:本研究選取北京體育大學(xué)男子排球隊(duì)14名優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員,進(jìn)行為期8周的力量訓(xùn)練,每周訓(xùn)練2次。所有運(yùn)動(dòng)員被隨機(jī)分為兩組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和傳統(tǒng)組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行6組30%1RM的負(fù)重蹲跳結(jié)合Cormax末端釋放訓(xùn)練器及不連續(xù)性原地?cái)r網(wǎng)跳練習(xí),每組重復(fù)6次;傳統(tǒng)組進(jìn)行6組30%1RM的傳統(tǒng)負(fù)重蹲跳及不連續(xù)性原地?cái)r網(wǎng)跳練習(xí),每組重復(fù)6次。采用Tendo Unit爆發(fā)力和速度反饋系統(tǒng)分別測得負(fù)重20kg、30kg、40kg和50kg半蹲跳的輸出功率和動(dòng)作速度;采用Kistler三維測力臺(tái)測得三種不同起跳形式半蹲跳、下蹲跳及原地?cái)r網(wǎng)跳的高度;采用Smartspeed紅外激光測速儀測得攔網(wǎng)起跳反應(yīng)時(shí)間。使用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件對(duì)測得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)和配對(duì)T檢驗(yàn)分析。研究結(jié)果:(1)實(shí)驗(yàn)組負(fù)重蹲跳輸出功率和動(dòng)作速度均低于傳統(tǒng)組;兩種訓(xùn)練方式的輸出功率隨負(fù)荷的增加而不斷提高,呈上升趨勢(shì);動(dòng)作速度隨負(fù)荷的遞減而不斷提高,亦成上升趨勢(shì)。(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組右腿下蹲跳成績(0.174±0.059m,P0.05)顯著高于實(shí)驗(yàn)前,相較于實(shí)驗(yàn)前增加了0.052m。實(shí)驗(yàn)組和傳統(tǒng)組雙腿下蹲跳和原地?cái)r網(wǎng)跳成績均有提高。兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)后雙腿半蹲跳成績均有下降。(3)實(shí)驗(yàn)后兩組攔網(wǎng)起跳反應(yīng)時(shí)間均縮短,實(shí)驗(yàn)組反應(yīng)時(shí)間縮短了0.068±0.089秒,傳統(tǒng)組反應(yīng)時(shí)間縮短了0.047±0.084秒。研究結(jié)論:(1)在同等負(fù)重下,無離心收縮階段的末端釋放蹲跳訓(xùn)練輸出功率和動(dòng)作速度均小于傳統(tǒng)負(fù)重蹲跳。(2)兩種末端釋放訓(xùn)練方法都可以提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽恢復(fù)期縱跳成績,而無離心收縮形式的末端釋放訓(xùn)練能夠更有效提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員下蹲跳成績。(3)末端釋放訓(xùn)練方法雖然未能顯著提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員原地?cái)r網(wǎng)起跳高度,但排球場地移動(dòng)攔網(wǎng)起跳反應(yīng)時(shí)間均明顯縮短。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to study the effects of two different terminal release training methods on the lower limb strength training of volleyball professional athletes and their ability to take off in situ blocking nets.Methods: in this study, 14 elite men's volleyball players from Beijing University of physical Education were selected for 8 weeks of strength training, twice a week.All athletes were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and traditional group.In the experimental group, the weight bearing squat jump of 30%1RM was combined with the Cormax terminal release training device and the discontinuous in-situ block jump exercise, which was repeated 6 times in each group, while the traditional group of six groups of 30%1RM were performed the traditional weight-bearing squat jump and the discontinuous in-situ block jump exercise.Repeat 6 times in each group.The output power and the action speed of the weight bearing 20kg / 30kg / 40kg and 50kg's half squat jump were measured by Tendo Unit explosive force and velocity feedback system respectively, and the height of the three different take-off forms, the squat jump and the in-situ blocking jump were measured by using the Kistler three-dimensional force measuring platform.The reaction time was measured by Smartspeed infrared laser velocimeter.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to carry out independent T test and paired T test analysis of the measured data.The results showed that the output power and action speed of the experimental group were lower than those of the traditional group; the output power of the two training methods increased with the increase of the load, and the speed of the action increased with the decrease of the load.After the experiment, the score of the right leg squat jump in the experimental group was 0.174 鹵0.059mP0.05) significantly higher than that before the experiment, and increased by 0.052mcompared with that before the experiment.In both experimental and traditional groups, the scores of squatting jump and in situ blocking jump were improved.After the experiment, the reaction time of the two groups was shortened, the reaction time of the experimental group was shortened by 0.068 鹵0.089 seconds, and the reaction time of the traditional group was shortened by 0.047 鹵0.084 seconds.Conclusion: under the same load, the output power and action speed of the end release squat jump training in the stage of no centrifugal contraction are lower than that of the traditional weight bearing squat jump. 2) both of the two end release training methods can improve the result of the vertical jump in the recovery period of the volleyball players.However, the end release training without centrifugal contraction can effectively improve the score of squat jump. 3) although the training method of terminal release can not significantly improve the take-off height of the athletes,However, the reaction time was shortened obviously.
