【摘要】：為探討運(yùn)動(dòng)員深智慧態(tài)度、意志品質(zhì)及運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮三者間的關(guān)系,尋找減少運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮、提高運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)的有效途徑,以青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)員為研究對(duì)象,采用探索性因子分析、驗(yàn)證性因子分析、相關(guān)分析、多元逐步回歸等方法對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)果顯示:運(yùn)動(dòng)員意志品質(zhì)中的控制與信心2個(gè)特質(zhì)與運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮呈負(fù)相關(guān),而意志品質(zhì)中的控制、信心及承諾特質(zhì)與深智慧態(tài)度的5個(gè)維度呈正相關(guān);深智慧態(tài)度中的內(nèi)部聯(lián)系原理、循環(huán)進(jìn)化原理、對(duì)立與互補(bǔ)原理、矛盾原理、低深原理與空無(wú)原理皆能有效預(yù)測(cè)意志品質(zhì)中的3個(gè)特質(zhì);深智慧態(tài)度對(duì)意志品質(zhì)具有正向預(yù)測(cè)力(路徑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系數(shù)為0.45),同時(shí)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮具有反向預(yù)測(cè)力(路徑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系數(shù)為-3.7),意志品質(zhì)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮也具有反向預(yù)測(cè)力(路徑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系數(shù)為-0.52).認(rèn)為具有深智慧態(tài)度的運(yùn)動(dòng)員其緩解運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮的能力更強(qiáng),且通過(guò)提升意志品質(zhì)進(jìn)而降低運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮的能力也更強(qiáng).意志品質(zhì)在深智慧態(tài)度對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮的預(yù)測(cè)作用中起著中介調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng),其預(yù)測(cè)力高于深智慧態(tài)度對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)焦慮的直接預(yù)測(cè)力.
[Abstract]:In order to explore the relationship among athletes' deep wisdom attitude, will quality and sports anxiety, and to find an effective way to reduce sports anxiety and improve sports performance, the author takes young athletes as research objects and adopts exploratory factor analysis.Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression were used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. The results showed that the two traits of control and confidence in the will quality of athletes were negatively related to exercise anxiety.The traits of control, confidence and commitment in the quality of will are positively related to the five dimensions of the attitude of deep wisdom, including the principle of internal connection, the principle of cyclic evolution, the principle of opposites and complementarities, the principle of contradiction,Both the principle of low depth and the principle of emptiness can effectively predict the three characteristics in the quality of will.Deep wisdom attitude has positive predictive power to will quality (path standardization coefficient is 0.45), and reverse prediction power to movement anxiety (path standardization coefficient is -3.7), will quality also has reverse prediction power to movement anxiety (road).The diameter standardization coefficient is -0.52g.It is believed that athletes with deep wisdom attitude have stronger ability to relieve sports anxiety and can reduce sports anxiety by improving will quality.The quality of will plays a mediating role in the prediction of exercise anxiety by deep wisdom attitude, and its predictive power is higher than that of deep wisdom attitude.
