【摘要】：為考察社會支持對校園足球教師職業(yè)認同的影響,以及教師使命感在二者之間的中介作用,采用社會支持評定量表(SSRS)、教師使命感量表(CCS)和教師職業(yè)認同量表(TPIS)對600名校園足球教師進行調(diào)查。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)社會支持及其維度影響校園足球教師的職業(yè)認同;(2)教師使命感在社會支持與職業(yè)認同之間起部分中介作用。其中,教師使命感在主觀支持和職業(yè)認同之間、對支持的利用度和職業(yè)認同之間起部分中介作用,在客觀支持和職業(yè)認同之間不存在中介作用;(3)使命感在主觀支持和職業(yè)認同之間的中介作用與在對支持的利用度和職業(yè)認同之間的中介作用有差別。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of social support on campus football teachers' professional identity, and the intermediary role of teachers' sense of mission between the two,A total of 600 school football teachers were investigated with the Social support rating scale (SSRS), the teacher's sense of Mission scale (CCS) and the Teachers' Professional identity scale (TPIS).The results show that: 1) Social support and its dimensions affect the professional identity of school football teachers. 2) Teachers' sense of mission plays an intermediary role between social support and professional identity.Among them, teachers' sense of mission plays an intermediary role between subjective support and professional identity, and between the degree of utilization of support and professional identity.There is no intermediary role between objective support and professional identity. (3) there is a difference between the intermediary role of the sense of mission between subjective support and professional identity and between the degree of utilization of support and the intermediary role of professional identity.
