國家規(guī)定十二套廣場健身操舞編排特征及級別評定研究

【摘要】:我國正處于物質(zhì)財富快速積累,精神財富有序跟進(jìn)的創(chuàng)建和諧社會時期,在此階段,國家文化部門實施推出十二套廣場健身操舞供群眾練習(xí),具有十分重要的指導(dǎo)意義。但是,這十二套健身操舞風(fēng)格迥異,難易程度不同,國家在將其向大眾推廣時并未附加詳細(xì)說明,使得不同水平健身者無法正確選擇適合自身的曲目進(jìn)行針對性練習(xí)�;诖�,本文綜合運用采用文獻(xiàn)資料、綜合評價、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方法,在系統(tǒng)性原則、導(dǎo)向性原則、客觀性原則、可操作性原則和簡易型原則指導(dǎo)下,從曲目節(jié)奏、結(jié)構(gòu)編排、操化強度、外顯動作和人體機能五個方面出發(fā),建立廣場健身操舞級別評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過分析十二套健身操舞的編排特征和測驗對象練習(xí)后的心率指標(biāo),對其進(jìn)行級別評定,經(jīng)帶入權(quán)重計算得到如下結(jié)論:第一,曲目節(jié)奏特點評定:音樂風(fēng)格以流行音樂為主,此外還包括民歌、迪斯科、嘻哈等不同曲風(fēng);時長均處于3至6分鐘之間,符合大部分群眾運動能力;節(jié)拍絕大部分為4/4拍,速度最快的是《策馬奔騰》,最慢的是《快樂舞步》,相差較為懸殊。第二,結(jié)構(gòu)編排特點評定:各曲目組合數(shù)由6組到13組均勻分布,各曲目對動作對稱性要求并不嚴(yán)格,體現(xiàn)出健身操舞規(guī)定動作的多樣性與靈活性;第二種風(fēng)格操舞組合動作大約占整套動作的11%左右,包含街舞、拉丁舞、爵士舞三種風(fēng)格。第三,操化強度特點評定:主要由高強度步伐數(shù)量及其占總步伐數(shù)量的比例來評定,《今夜舞起來》、《站在草原望北京》、《小蘋果》、《快樂舞步》這幾套健身操舞操化組合動作類型主要是以低沖擊ki伐為主,在十二套操舞中難度相對最小;《微笑》、《自豪的建設(shè)者》、《最炫民族風(fēng)》和《中國味道》增加了低沖擊步伐和高沖擊步伐的數(shù)量;《倍兒爽》、《中國美》、《廣場style》、《策馬奔騰》健身操舞難度更大,連續(xù)出現(xiàn)多個高沖擊步伐和復(fù)雜的上肢動作。第四,外顯動作特點評定:身體方向變化次數(shù)方面,《倍兒爽》、《策馬奔騰》和《廣場style》最多為12次,《今夜舞起來》和《快樂舞步》最少為5次,其余均介于二者之間;動作頻率方面,快速4套,中速5套,慢速3套。第五,運動前后人體機能指標(biāo)評定:《倍兒爽》、《策馬奔騰》、《廣場style》運動前后心率差值分別為60、66和66次;《倍兒爽》、《策馬奔騰》、《廣場style》運動前后收縮壓差值分別為16、13和15(mmHg),表明這幾套曲目對人體機能影響最大。第六,綜合以上因素,將國家規(guī)定十二套廣場健身操舞評定為以下六個級別:一級包括《快樂舞步》;二級包括《小蘋果》、《站在草原望北京》、《今夜舞起來》;三級包括《最炫民族風(fēng)》、《中國味道》;四級包括《微笑》、《自豪的建設(shè)者》;五級包括《倍兒爽》、《中國美》;六級包括《廣場style》、《策馬奔騰》。
[Abstract]:China is in the period of rapid accumulation of material wealth and orderly follow-up of spiritual wealth in the period of building a harmonious society. At this stage, the national cultural department has introduced twelve sets of square aerobics for the masses to practice, which has very important guiding significance.However, these 12 sets of aerobics dance styles are very different, the degree of difficulty is different, the state does not attach the detailed explanation when popularizing it, make different level fitness person can not choose the track that suits oneself correctly to carry on the pertinence practice.Based on this, this paper synthetically uses the methods of literature, comprehensive evaluation, mathematical statistics and so on, under the guidance of systematic principle, guiding principle, objectivity principle, maneuverability principle and simple type principle, from track rhythm, structure arrangement, etc.Starting from five aspects of exercise intensity, explicit movement and human body function, the evaluation standard of the level of square aerobics dance is established. By analyzing the arrangement characteristics of twelve sets of aerobics dance and the heart rate index of the test object after practice, the grade evaluation is carried out.The results are as follows: first, the rhythmic characteristics of the tracks are assessed as follows: the music style is dominated by pop music, in addition to folk songs, disco, hip-hop and other different styles; the duration is between 3 and 6 minutes.According with most of the mass movement ability, the beat is mostly 4 / 4, the fastest is "horse racing", the slowest is "happy dance step", the difference is quite wide.Second, the structure arrangement characteristic evaluation: each track combination number from 6 groups to 13 groups evenly distributes, each track to the movement symmetry request is not strict, manifests the aerobics dance stipulation movement diversity and the flexibility;The second style is about 11% of the total movements, including hip hop dance, Latin dance, jazz dance three styles.Third,Evaluation of strength characteristics: mainly assessed by the number of high-intensity steps and their proportion to the total number of steps, "dance tonight", "stand on the prairie to look at Beijing", "Little Apple", "Happy Dance step"The main types are low-impact Ki-felling."smile", "proud builder", "the most dazzling ethnic style" and "taste of China" increased the number of low impact and high impact steps; < Beier Shuang >, < Chinese Beauty >, < Square style >, < horse racing.Aerobics are more difficult,Multiple high impact steps and complex upper limb movements occurred continuously.Fourth, the evaluation of explicit movement characteristics: the number of changes in body direction was < Beier Shuang >, < horse Pentium > and < square style > were 12 times at most, < dancing tonight > and < happy dance step > were at least 5 times, the rest were between the two;In terms of action frequency, fast 4 sets, medium speed 5 sets, slow 3 sets.Fifth,Before and after exercise, the indexes of human body function were assessed as follows: < Bei er Shuang >, < horse Pentium >, < Square style > heart rate difference before and after exercise were 60,66 and 66, respectively, < Bei er Shuang >, < Qi Ma Pentium >, < Plaza style > systolic pressure difference before and after exercise were 160.13 and 15mm Hgrespectively, indicating that the difference of systolic blood pressure before and after exercise was 160.13 and 15mm Hg. respectively.These sets of tracks have the greatest impact on the functioning of the human body.Sixth, combining the above factors,State regulations for 12 sets of square aerobics are rated as the following six levels: the first level includes "Happy steps"; the second level includes "Little Apple", "standing on the prairie and looking at Beijing", "dancing tonight"; the third level includes "the most dazzling ethnic style", < China "Taste >; level 4 includes smile, Pride builder; Grade 5 includes Beier Shuang, China Beauty; Grade 6 includes Square style, Pentium by horse.
