【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展我國高校的體育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和形式正在發(fā)生著深刻的變化,大學(xué)體育教育從以往片面的關(guān)注增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)的生物性機(jī)能改善轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿骊P(guān)注大學(xué)生身體健康、心理健康和社會適應(yīng)能力的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)體育的終身體育和個(gè)性化、多樣化趨勢。因此在課堂內(nèi)容的選擇上更加以學(xué)生的發(fā)展為中心。體育工作者在體育課堂設(shè)計(jì)中要注重體育隱性課程因素的實(shí)施,除了要教授學(xué)生掌握一定的知識技能以外,還要發(fā)展學(xué)生的非智力因素。體育隱性課程的實(shí)施手段是不固定的,可以專門組織,也可以無意實(shí)施。通過正確的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施才能促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心全面發(fā)展。排球課程是高校體育教學(xué)中不可缺少的一門課程,在落實(shí)“一專多能”技能培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中發(fā)揮著“多能”的作用。不但要求學(xué)生掌握一定的運(yùn)動技能,還要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生團(tuán)結(jié)合作的精神和頑強(qiáng)拼搏的意志品質(zhì)。只有將體育隱性課程和體育顯性課程同步實(shí)施,才能真正做到“以學(xué)生發(fā)展為中心”進(jìn)而更好的完成體育教學(xué)目標(biāo)。本文通過自編問卷對北京交通大學(xué)排球課教師以及選修過其排球課的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并通過八周的觀察記錄,了解了北京交通大學(xué)選修課體育隱性課程的開展情況,并針對出現(xiàn)的問題重新設(shè)計(jì)了排球課內(nèi)容,通過發(fā)放《體育鍛煉態(tài)度》量表的形式對學(xué)生進(jìn)行前測、中測和后測發(fā)現(xiàn)體育隱性課程在排球課中的實(shí)施可以影響學(xué)生的鍛煉態(tài)度。具體結(jié)論如下：1體育隱性課程可以通過一定手段進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施,但并非所有隱性課程都可以進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了體育隱性課程的隱蔽性。2對體育隱性課程的設(shè)計(jì)總體上可以達(dá)到人們預(yù)想的效果,也可能出現(xiàn)與預(yù)料相反結(jié)果。論證了體育隱性課程的非預(yù)料性。3同一教師同一授課方式,相同的課時(shí)后,不同班級學(xué)生的鍛煉態(tài)度基本一致。4通過改變教學(xué)方法、組織形式等體育隱性課程因素可以改善學(xué)生的鍛煉態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the content and form of physical education in colleges and universities in China are undergoing profound changes. College physical education has changed from one-sided attention to the improvement of biological function of strengthening physique to full attention to the health of college students.The coordinated development of mental health and social adaptation ability, and the cultivation of lifelong physical education and individuation of college sports, diversified trend.Therefore, the choice of classroom content is more centered on the development of students.Sports workers should pay attention to the implementation of hidden curriculum factors in physical education classroom design. Besides teaching students to master certain knowledge and skills, they should also develop students' non-intellectual factors.The implementation means of the recessive physical education curriculum are not fixed, can be organized specially, or unintentionally implemented.Through the correct development and design and implementation of the students can promote the overall development of the body and mind.Volleyball course is an indispensable course in physical education teaching in colleges and universities. It plays a role of "multi-ability" in carrying out the goal of "one specialty and many abilities".Students are required not only to master certain sports skills, but also to cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation and the quality of tenacious will.Only when the implicit curriculum of physical education and the explicit curriculum of physical education are carried out simultaneously, can we really achieve the goal of "taking the development of students as the center" and better accomplish the goal of physical education teaching.This paper investigates the volleyball teachers of Beijing Jiaotong University and the students who have taken the volleyball course through a self-designed questionnaire, and through the observation records of eight weeks, we understand the development of the hidden course of physical education in the elective course of Beijing Jiaotong University.According to the existing problems, the contents of volleyball class were redesigned, and the students' exercise attitude was affected by issuing the form of "attitude of physical exercise". The results showed that the implementation of recessive course of physical education in volleyball class could affect the students' exercise attitude.The concrete conclusion is as follows: 1 the recessive physical education curriculum can be designed and implemented by some means, but not all recessive courses can be designed.It reflects the concealment of the physical education recessive curriculum. 2. On the whole, the design of the hidden physical education curriculum can achieve the expected effect, and may also appear the opposite result.This paper demonstrates the unpredictable nature of the implicit physical education curriculum .3 the same teaching method for the same teacher, and after the same class hours, the students' exercise attitude in different classes is basically the same by changing the teaching method.The hidden curriculum factors such as organization form can improve the students' exercise attitude.
