四川省國家級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校是指“有效實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,學(xué)校體育工作成績(jī)突出,學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平明顯提高,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國家體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)具有特色,并至少在兩個(gè)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目上形成傳統(tǒng),經(jīng)體育、教育行政部門聯(lián)合命名的普通中小學(xué)校和中等職業(yè)學(xué)!雹。體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校是大力推動(dòng)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生德、智、體全面發(fā)展的有力抓手,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)校開展課余體育訓(xùn)練,積極培養(yǎng)輸送優(yōu)秀的競(jìng)技體育后備人才,并在本地區(qū)起到引領(lǐng)示范作用。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地考察法、訪談法、調(diào)查問卷法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法等研究方法,對(duì)四川省21所國家級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,分析其影響和制約四川省國家級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)?沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的因素,探索可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建議,為四川省國家級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展提供理論參考依據(jù),也為其他體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:1.體育教師的教學(xué)水平能夠滿足基本教學(xué)要求,教師的學(xué)歷較高,體育教師職稱結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理;2.體育場(chǎng)地不同類型的數(shù)量充足,能夠滿足學(xué)校代表隊(duì)的基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練;3.絕大多數(shù)校代表隊(duì)能夠保證平時(shí)的課余訓(xùn)練,但利用節(jié)假日集中訓(xùn)練缺乏堅(jiān)持和持續(xù)性,導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)員競(jìng)技水平不高;4.體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展不平衡,項(xiàng)目布局不合理,主要依托三大球發(fā)展,沒有體現(xiàn)出四川競(jìng)技體育優(yōu)勢(shì)和四川特色;5.國家對(duì)省市級(jí)部門在開展體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校工作方面的考核制度不健全,對(duì)國家級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校沒有檢查、考核評(píng)估;6.競(jìng)賽杠桿作用發(fā)揮不明顯,學(xué)校少有組織班級(jí)之間、年級(jí)之間的體育活動(dòng),參加上一級(jí)體育和教育部門組織的比賽更少;7.財(cái)政體育經(jīng)費(fèi)來源較單一,開支面過大無法保障校代表隊(duì)的正常訓(xùn)練和參賽需要;8.體育活動(dòng)組織者參加培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)少;9.學(xué)校代表隊(duì)學(xué)生出路不暢,主要考慮通過高考、體育特長(zhǎng)生或單招等進(jìn)入高校繼續(xù)文化學(xué)習(xí)。根據(jù)存在的主要問題,分析其原因,提出以下對(duì)策和建議:1.建立健全競(jìng)賽制度,通過競(jìng)賽讓更多的學(xué)生參加不同等級(jí)、不同類型的比賽,從比賽中收獲更多的成長(zhǎng);2.完善考核評(píng)估制度,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督和管理;3.完善學(xué)校代表隊(duì)學(xué)生的出路問題;4.調(diào)整體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的布局和布點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)考慮小、巧、靈、活和體能型項(xiàng)目發(fā)展;5.加強(qiáng)財(cái)政經(jīng)費(fèi)投入和青少年體育俱樂部建設(shè),拓寬經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道;6.加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)校體育管理者的培訓(xùn),從學(xué)校的實(shí)際出發(fā),通過多種途徑,不斷加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)校體育管理者進(jìn)行再培訓(xùn);7.加強(qiáng)素質(zhì)教育宣傳,保障學(xué)校開展體育活動(dòng)安全,營造良好學(xué)校體育文化氛圍。
[Abstract]:Traditional sports schools refer to "effective implementation of quality education, outstanding achievements in school physical education work, marked improvement of students' physical health level, strict implementation of national sports and health curriculum standards, and special features of student sports activities,"And at least two sports in the formation of the tradition, after the sports, education administrative departments jointly named ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools.Traditional sports sports schools are a powerful way to promote the development of students' moral, intellectual and physical development, encourage schools to carry out extracurricular sports training, and actively train and transport outstanding reserve sports talents.And play a leading role in the region.Based on the methods of literature research, field investigation, interview, questionnaire and data analysis, the present situation of 21 state-level traditional sports schools in Sichuan Province is investigated and studied in this paper.This paper analyzes the factors that influence and restrict the sustainable development of Sichuan national sports traditional sports schools, explores the suggestions of sustainable development, and provides a theoretical reference for the development of Sichuan national sports traditional sports schools.It also provides reference for the development of other traditional sports schools.The result of the survey was 1: 1.The teaching level of PE teachers can meet the basic teaching requirements, the teachers' academic qualifications are higher, and the professional title structure of PE teachers is reasonable. 2.The number of different types of sports venues is sufficient to meet the basic training of school teams.Most of the school teams can guarantee the normal after-school training, but the lack of persistence and persistence in intensive training during the holidays leads to a low competitive level of athletes.Traditional sports development is not balanced, the project layout is unreasonable, mainly rely on the development of three balls, not reflect the advantages of Sichuan competitive sports and Sichuan characteristics.The state has not perfect the examination system of the provincial and municipal departments in carrying out the school work of traditional sports items, and has not inspected the national sports traditional item schools.Competition leverage is not obvious. Schools rarely organize sports activities between classes and grades, and participate in competitions organized by the sports and education departments at the next higher level.Financial sports funding is relatively single, spending too large to protect the normal training of school teams and competition needs.Sports organizers have less opportunities to take part in training.The way out of the school team students is not smooth, the main consideration through the college entrance examination, physical education students or single admission into colleges and universities to continue cultural learning.According to the main problems, this paper analyzes the causes, and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: 1.Establish and improve the competition system, let more students participate in different levels, different types of competition, and gain more growth from the competition.Improve the evaluation system and strengthen supervision and management.How to improve the way out of the students of the school team.Adjust the layout and layout of traditional sports events, with emphasis on small, smart, spiritual, live and physical projects development.Strengthen financial investment and youth sports club construction, broaden the source of funding.Strengthen the training of school sports administrators, from the school reality, through a variety of ways, continue to strengthen the school sports administrators retraining.Strengthen the propaganda of quality education, ensure the safety of school sports activities, and create a good atmosphere of school sports culture.
