【摘要】：近幾年,中國競技網(wǎng)球在世界舞臺上取得的成功,讓一股“網(wǎng)球熱”在民間興起,但是要想依托職業(yè)網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展切實推進全民健身計劃的進程,還需更加強力的催化劑來誘發(fā)群眾的“運動興趣”,而業(yè)余網(wǎng)球賽事則是一個高效的載體。北京市除了其國家政治、經(jīng)濟的核心的位置外,也是網(wǎng)球運動普及程度較高的一線城市,研究北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球賽事的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對全國范圍內(nèi)的業(yè)余網(wǎng)球賽事普及有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。文章通過文獻資料法,問卷調(diào)查法,專家訪談法對北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球比賽參賽者、組織者及相關(guān)人員進行調(diào)查與分析研究,揭示北京地區(qū)業(yè)余網(wǎng)球比賽組織的現(xiàn)狀情況、內(nèi)外影響因素和發(fā)展的趨勢及特點。為豐富業(yè)余網(wǎng)球比賽的組織,促進網(wǎng)球運動的開展提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。研究得出以下結(jié)論:1、北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球賽事經(jīng)過長期多年的發(fā)展,幾個知名賽事已經(jīng)形成了相對完善的宣傳、管理和組織系統(tǒng)。2、北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球賽事現(xiàn)在處于百花齊放的狀況,小賽天天有,但各個賽事都獨立存在,沒有進行資源整合;3、北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球參賽選手以中青年男士居多;文化程度與收入水平普遍偏高;對所參加賽事規(guī)程十分了解的只占到了6.7%;46.2%的參賽選手更愿意參加按水平來設(shè)立分組的比賽;每周參加2-3次網(wǎng)球活動的人數(shù)最多;水平越高的選手對賽事的獎勵機制越看重;4、北京市業(yè)余網(wǎng)球參賽者對賽事的整體滿意度達到了96%;5、業(yè)余網(wǎng)球賽事開展已經(jīng)形成了有業(yè)余特點的信任制競賽辦法;6、北京市網(wǎng)球場館資源浪費現(xiàn)象不嚴重,網(wǎng)球場館都舉辦過業(yè)余比賽,而舉辦業(yè)余賽事的經(jīng)費主要來源是社會贊助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the success of Chinese competitive tennis on the world stage has made a "tennis craze" rise among the people. However, if we want to rely on the development of professional tennis to effectively promote the process of the national fitness program,More powerful catalysts are needed to stimulate mass interest, and amateur tennis is an efficient vehicle.In addition to the core position of its national politics and economy, Beijing is also a first-tier city with a relatively high popularity of tennis.The research on the development of amateur tennis in Beijing is of great significance to the popularization of amateur tennis in China.Through the investigation and analysis of the participants, organizers and related personnel of the amateur tennis competition in Beijing, the paper reveals the present situation of the amateur tennis competition organization in Beijing through the methods of literature, questionnaire and expert interview.Internal and external influence factors and development trend and characteristics.In order to enrich the organization of amateur tennis matches, promote the development of tennis to provide practical basis.The study draws the following conclusion: after a long period of years of development, several well-known tennis events have formed a relatively perfect publicity, management and organization system. The amateur tennis events in Beijing are now in a state of full bloom.There are small matches every day, but each event exists independently, without the integration of resources, Beijing amateur tennis players are mostly young and middle-aged men, the education level and income level are generally high;Only 6.762% of the contestants are more willing to participate in the competition set up according to the level of competition, and the number of participants in 2-3 tennis events per week is the most.The higher the level of the players, the more important the reward mechanism is for the competition. The overall satisfaction of the amateur tennis players in Beijing has reached 96%. The development of the amateur tennis matches has formed the trust system competition method with the characteristics of amateurs.The waste of tennis stadium resources in Beijing is not serious.Tennis venues have held amateur competitions, and the main source of funding for amateur events is social sponsorship.
