【摘要】：通過文獻資料、問卷調(diào)查、訪談、觀察等研究方法,對青少年的體育主體意識進行縱向研究。以文獻研究為主,分析總結(jié)不同時期青少年體育主體意識特征,兼以調(diào)查法對不同時期的部分青少年進行問卷調(diào)查,加以實證。并運用因子分析法,對青少年體育主體意識的變化進行量化分析,總結(jié)改革開放以來青少年體育主體意識的發(fā)展變化過程。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著改革開放的深入,教育改革步伐的加快,我國不同時期青少年的體育主體意識總體水平呈現(xiàn)提高態(tài)勢。其中體育自我意識進入教育改革深入發(fā)展時期提高明顯,體育自主意識不同時期變化未呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異,體育個性意識水平呈現(xiàn)逐漸提高態(tài)勢,體育責(zé)任意識呈現(xiàn)不斷下降趨勢,但在教育改革深入時期有所回升。建議體育教育改革應(yīng)結(jié)合當(dāng)前青少年體育主體意識水平及時代環(huán)境有針對性地進行主體意識的培養(yǎng),忌無指向、籠統(tǒng)地進開展教學(xué)改革,降低實效。
[Abstract]:Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and observation, this paper makes a longitudinal study on the sports subjective consciousness of teenagers.Based on the literature research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of teenagers' sports subject consciousness in different periods, and makes a questionnaire survey on some young people in different periods with the method of investigation, and makes an empirical study.By using factor analysis, this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the change of the subjective consciousness of youth sports, and sums up the process of the development and change of the consciousness of the subject of sports of young people since the reform and opening up.The results show that with the deepening of reform and opening up and the quickening of the pace of educational reform, the overall level of sports subjective consciousness of young people in different periods of our country presents a trend of improvement.Among them, the self-consciousness of sports entered the period of educational reform and development, the change of sports self-consciousness did not show significant difference in different periods, and the level of sports personality consciousness gradually improved.The consciousness of sports responsibility shows a declining trend, but it rebounds in the deep period of educational reform.It is suggested that the reform of physical education should be combined with the current level of sports subject consciousness and the environment of the times in order to cultivate the subjective consciousness, avoid any direction, carry out the teaching reform in a general way, and reduce the actual effect.
