【摘要】:研究目的:在競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)中,運(yùn)動(dòng)心理疲勞會(huì)導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)員在訓(xùn)練和比賽中出現(xiàn)不良表現(xiàn),甚至產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的心理健康問(wèn)題;谀X波超慢漲落技術(shù)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)探索長(zhǎng)時(shí)間認(rèn)知加工任務(wù)誘發(fā)中樞疲勞的神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)機(jī)制。研究方法:以Flanker任務(wù)參與為自變量,S譜系、行為學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)、心率變異數(shù)據(jù)為因變量。對(duì)38名寧波大學(xué)體育學(xué)院本科學(xué)生前測(cè)后測(cè)研究,通過(guò)行為學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)、心率變異指標(biāo)來(lái)檢測(cè)認(rèn)知任務(wù)參與是否能誘導(dǎo)出中樞疲勞及S譜系的變化。研究結(jié)果:(1)不同時(shí)段的正確率和反應(yīng)時(shí)均呈下降趨勢(shì)且存在顯著性差異(p0.01,p0.05);(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后心率變異的總體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差和反映快變化成分的顯著升高(p0.01,p0.01);(3)高頻段功率值顯著下降(p0.05),低頻段功率值、低頻段與高頻段功率值比較不存在顯著差異(p0.05);(4)代表5-羥色胺的S4系顯著上升(p0.01),其他抑制性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)不存在顯著性差異(p0.05);(5)代表強(qiáng)興奮遞質(zhì)的S6系顯著下降(p0.01),其他興奮性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)不存在顯著性差異(p0.05)。研究結(jié)論:1、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間認(rèn)知操作任務(wù)會(huì)引起正確率降低、反應(yīng)時(shí)縮短和HRV的迷走成分降低;2、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間認(rèn)知操作任務(wù)引發(fā)S4顯著升高,提示S4是評(píng)價(jià)認(rèn)知性中樞疲勞的敏感指標(biāo);3、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間認(rèn)知操作任務(wù)沒(méi)能引起其他抑制性遞質(zhì)的增加和興奮性遞質(zhì)的降低。
[Abstract]:Objective: in competitive sports, sports mental fatigue will lead to poor performance of athletes in training and competition, and even serious mental health problems.In this paper, the neurotransmitter mechanism of central fatigue induced by long time cognitive processing tasks is explored through experiments based on the brain wave ultralow fluctuation technique.Methods: using Flanker task participation as independent variable, behavioral data and heart rate variability data as dependent variables.A pre-test and post-test study was conducted in 38 undergraduate students of physical education college of Ningbo University. The behavioral data and heart rate variability index were used to detect whether cognitive task participation could induce central fatigue and S-pedigree changes.Results: (1) the accuracy and reaction time of different time periods showed a decreasing trend and there were significant differences (p0.01) the total standard deviation of heart rate variability (HRV) before and after the experiment and the significant increase reflecting the fast-changing components (P0.01 + p0.01P0.01TY3) the power value of high frequency band decreased significantly (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05 or P < 0.01, P > 0.05, respectively.) the total standard deviation of heart rate variability (HRV) was significantly increased before and after the experiment.P0. 05, low frequency power,There is no significant difference between the power values of low frequency band and high frequency band. (p0.05P0. 05) the S4 strain representing serotonin has a significant rise (p0. 01), while other inhibitory neurotransmitters have no significant difference (p 0. 05%). The S6 strain with strong excitatory transmitters has a significant decrease in p0. 01, while the other S6 strains with strong excitatory transmitters have a significant decrease in p0. 01, while there is no significant difference in other inhibitory neurotransmitters (p 0. 05).There was no significant difference in perphentive neurotransmitters (p 0.05).The conclusion of the study is that: 1, long time cognitive task can cause the decrease of correct rate, the shortening of reaction time and the decrease of the vagus component of HRV by 2%, and the long time cognitive task can cause the increase of S4 significantly.It is suggested that S4 is a sensitive index for evaluating cognitive central fatigue, and long term cognitive task can not induce the increase of other inhibitory transmitters and the decrease of excitatory transmitters.
