【摘要】：為貫徹落實(shí)《國(guó)務(wù)院、國(guó)家體育總局關(guān)于增強(qiáng)青少年身體素質(zhì)的意見》,在全國(guó)各級(jí)學(xué)校廣泛開展了陽(yáng)光體育運(yùn)動(dòng),我國(guó)的校園足球發(fā)展計(jì)劃通過了不懈的努力將以科學(xué)的方法、創(chuàng)新的思維、戰(zhàn)略的眼光分別認(rèn)真地實(shí)施,使校園足球運(yùn)動(dòng)納入中小學(xué)教學(xué)大綱,成為學(xué)校體育的重要組成部分,讓學(xué)生在足球運(yùn)動(dòng)中以增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、增進(jìn)健康、鍛煉意志、發(fā)揮個(gè)人天賦、培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和拼搏精神,為我國(guó)廣大青少年的發(fā)展需求、我國(guó)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的振興和發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。足球教練員作為足球運(yùn)動(dòng)中最重要的組成部分之一,受到了來(lái)自全社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。作為一支足球隊(duì)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)的管理者和決策者,足球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練與比賽的組織者與實(shí)施者,對(duì)基層教練員的培養(yǎng)則是足球進(jìn)校園能否順利開展的前提條件。因此,擁有高質(zhì)量、高水平的足球教練員對(duì)于一個(gè)地區(qū)或者一個(gè)學(xué)校足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展和實(shí)施效果起著決定性作用。以校園足球教練員的培訓(xùn)為研究視角,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對(duì)貴州省校園足球教練員的基本情況和培養(yǎng)情況進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)參與培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員,講師團(tuán)隊(duì)、專家和教練進(jìn)行訪談,找出制約貴州校園足球教練員培訓(xùn)效果的主要因素,探尋符合貴州省情的校園足球教練員的培訓(xùn)體系,為貴州省校園足球事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供相關(guān)的參考,為提高貴州校園足球教練員的培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量提供可行性建議,并得出以下結(jié)論:一、隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,貴州省在體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展方面勇往直前。近兩年來(lái),省內(nèi)各地區(qū)定期開展的校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽,極大地提升了貴州省校園足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的整體水平。二、貴州省缺少接受過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的校園足球教練員及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的人才,省教育廳聯(lián)合省足協(xié)針對(duì)省內(nèi)校園足球教練員的專項(xiàng)計(jì)劃培訓(xùn)班,但存在培訓(xùn)形式、選拔機(jī)制、講師團(tuán)隊(duì)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、經(jīng)費(fèi)支持、協(xié)作交流方面的不足。三、提高貴州省校園足球教練員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,需進(jìn)一步研究完善培訓(xùn)體系,從基層學(xué)校選拔具有一定足球基礎(chǔ)的體育教師參與系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),從注重實(shí)踐方面改革和創(chuàng)新授課內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)教育部門與各足協(xié)(國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)隊(duì)俱樂部)交流、合作培訓(xùn)、建立梯度培訓(xùn)考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和保障體系。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the opinions of the State Council and the State Administration of physical Education on enhancing the physical fitness of young people, sunshine sports have been widely carried out in schools at all levels throughout the country. Our country's campus football development plan has adopted unremitting efforts and will be carried out in a scientific way.Innovative thinking and strategic vision are implemented in earnest, so that the school football movement is brought into the syllabus of primary and secondary schools, and it becomes an important part of school physical education, so that students can strengthen their physique, improve their health, and exercise their will in football.Giving full play to individual talent, cultivating team consciousness and fighting spirit, laying a solid foundation for the development of our youth and the development of football in our country.As one of the most important parts of football, football coaches have received wide attention from the whole society.As a manager and decision maker of the daily operation of a football team, the organizers and implementers of football training and competition, the training of grass-roots coaches is the prerequisite for the smooth development of football into the campus.Therefore, having a high quality and high level of football coaches plays a decisive role in the development and implementation of football in a region or a school.Taking the training of campus football coaches as the research angle, the basic situation and training situation of campus football coaches in Guizhou Province are combed by the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logic analysis, etc.The participants, lecturers, experts and coaches were interviewed to find out the main factors restricting the training effect of Guizhou campus football coaches, and to explore the training system of campus football coaches in accordance with the situation of Guizhou province.To provide relevant reference for the development of campus football in Guizhou province, to provide feasible suggestions for improving the training quality of Guizhou campus football coaches, and to draw the following conclusions: first, with the rapid development of social economy,Guizhou Province in the development of sports industry to move forward.In the past two years, the four-level league matches of campus football have been carried out regularly in various regions of the province, which has greatly improved the overall level of campus football in Guizhou province.Second, there is a lack of trained campus football coaches and talents in related fields in Guizhou Province. The Provincial Education Department and the Provincial Football Association have a special training course for the provincial campus football coaches, but there are training forms and selection mechanisms.Lecturer team, training content, financial support, coordination and communication deficiencies.Third, to improve the training quality of campus football coaches in Guizhou Province, we should further study and improve the training system, and select physical education teachers with a certain football foundation from grass-roots schools to participate in systematic training and learning.The teaching contents should be reformed and innovated from the aspect of practice, the exchange between the educational departments and the football associations (professional teams at home and abroad) should be strengthened, the cooperative training should be established, and the assessment standard and guarantee system of gradient training should be established.
