【摘要】：采用文獻資料法,以產業(yè)倫理學為理論分析工具,審視健身休閑產業(yè)發(fā)展問題。研究認為,由于健身休閑產業(yè)具有服務復雜性、經濟性、社區(qū)性和環(huán)境性等特征,它的發(fā)展面臨著與環(huán)境、與社區(qū)、與消費者、與員工、與競爭者的倫理問題。在對策上,健身休閑業(yè)者既要對健身休閑產業(yè)的消費總量做出管制,也要規(guī)范健身休閑活動的時間與地點,同時還要尊重保護社區(qū)文化,撥出盈余作為生態(tài)基金、社區(qū)建設基金、社區(qū)弱勢群體補貼。機制上,健身休閑產業(yè)的發(fā)展要配合倫理教育,設置健身休閑產業(yè)發(fā)展倫理委員會。
[Abstract]:The development of fitness and leisure industry is examined by using the method of literature and industry ethics as a theoretical analysis tool.It is believed that the development of fitness and leisure industry is faced with the ethical problems of environment, community, consumers, employees and competitors because of its characteristics of service complexity, economy, community and environment.In the countermeasures, the fitness and leisure industry should not only regulate the total consumption of the fitness and leisure industry, but also regulate the time and place of the fitness and leisure activities. At the same time, they should respect the protection of community culture and allocate the surplus as an ecological fund.Community Construction Fund, Community vulnerable groups subsidy.In mechanism, the development of fitness and leisure industry should cooperate with ethics education and set up an ethics committee for the development of fitness and leisure industry.
