【摘要】：“休閑”是當(dāng)今時代的背景,“老齡化”是全球面臨的問題。如何滿足老年團(tuán)體需要,促進(jìn)生活品質(zhì)提高是國家政策扶持的重點(diǎn)。作為老年人團(tuán)體中的一部分,在休閑體育需求特征上教師較其他老年人存在一定異同。本研究以在寧高校退休教師為調(diào)查對象,以需求層次理論、休閑體育相關(guān)理論、休閑限制理論為理論依據(jù),采用文獻(xiàn)資料法等一系列研究方法進(jìn)行調(diào)查與研究。目的是為了了解在寧高校退休教師的休閑體育需求特征及限制性因素,為構(gòu)建休閑體育服務(wù)體系,滿足教師與老年人休閑體育需求服務(wù)。主要結(jié)論如下:其一、在寧高校退休教師不論從休閑體育行為特征還是從睡眠、健康、人際交往等生理、安全、愛與歸屬等需求層面都對休閑體育表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈需求的特征。其二、雖在年齡、性別等特征上具有需求差異,但其整體表現(xiàn)出:以場地和指導(dǎo)為主的愿望需求特征;以健身走為主的多樣化項(xiàng)目需求;以每次鍛煉時長在0.5-1.5小時的時間需求特征;以學(xué)校、社區(qū)周邊為主的就近場地需求特征;以自發(fā)組織,與同事結(jié)伴為主的參與形式需求特征;以及以服裝、器械為主的低消費(fèi)需求特征。其三、結(jié)合城市、家庭、學(xué)校、社區(qū)等環(huán)境分析限制教師休閑體育需求滿足的因素包括自身身體健康、體力等自身因素限制;空巢家庭、同事圈縮小、社區(qū)居民交際缺失等人際因素限制;以及社會、社區(qū)、學(xué)校等場地、器材、項(xiàng)目、指導(dǎo)人員與工作團(tuán)隊(duì)等缺失所產(chǎn)生的結(jié)構(gòu)限制。
[Abstract]:Leisure is the background of the times, and aging is a global problem.How to meet the needs of the elderly and improve the quality of life is the focus of national policy support.As a part of the elderly group, there are some similarities and differences in the characteristics of leisure sports demand between teachers and other elderly people.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of leisure sports, and the theory of leisure restriction, this study adopts a series of research methods, such as literature and material method, to investigate and study retired teachers in colleges and universities in Nanjing.The purpose of this paper is to understand the characteristics and restrictive factors of leisure sports demand of retired teachers in colleges and universities in Nanjing, and to construct a leisure sports service system to meet the needs of teachers and the elderly.The main conclusions are as follows: firstly, retired teachers in Nanjing university have strong demand for leisure sports in terms of leisure sports behavior, sleep, health, interpersonal communication, safety, love and belonging.Second, although there is demand difference in age, sex and other characteristics, its overall manifestation is: the desire demand characteristic is mainly based on venue and guidance, the diversified project demand is mainly based on fitness walking;The characteristics of demand for each exercise time were 0.5-1.5 hours; the demand characteristics of nearby venues were mainly school and community periphery; the demand characteristics were spontaneous organization, mainly in partnership with colleagues; and clothing, the main characteristics of the demand were in the form of participation in the form of self-organization and coworkers, as well as in the form of clothing.Equipment-based low consumption demand characteristics.Thirdly, combining the environmental analysis of cities, families, schools, communities and so on, the factors that restrict teachers' leisure sports needs include their own physical health, physical strength and other factors, while empty nest families and coworkers are shrinking.Community residents lack of communication and other interpersonal factors; as well as social, community, school and other venues, equipment, projects, guidance staff and work team, and other lack of structural constraints.
