【摘要】：跆拳道被列為奧運(yùn)會表演項(xiàng)目,并作為現(xiàn)代體育項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展歷史并不長,但在短時(shí)間內(nèi)其取得輝煌的成績是有目共睹的。尤其是在大眾健身市場,跆拳道作為培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目取得的成就更加矚目。跆拳道在國家正式立項(xiàng)跆拳道競技發(fā)展線路圖的同時(shí),跆拳道的民間商業(yè)發(fā)展也同時(shí)展開,這種兩條腿走路的發(fā)展模式,在中國體育歷史上是開天辟地的。而我國跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)員在國際賽場上不斷斬獲獎(jiǎng)牌的同時(shí),跆拳道作為健身項(xiàng)目也風(fēng)生水起地在全國各地展開,并且迅速地占領(lǐng)了健身市場的巨大份額,尤其是低年齡段的健身市場。跆拳道俱樂部在經(jīng)歷了許多年的快速增長后,逐漸進(jìn)入發(fā)展的瓶頸期,以北京地區(qū)為例,跆拳道培訓(xùn)的規(guī)模增長緩慢,盈利模式單一,利潤率不高,從業(yè)者的資質(zhì)組成復(fù)雜,新市場的開發(fā)不利,創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)營模式匱乏,同質(zhì)化競爭嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致北京市場跆拳道培訓(xùn)的整體行情不佳。我們研究發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致跆拳道俱樂部發(fā)展不合理的因素很多。主要有：1北京跆拳道俱樂部的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了瓶頸期。表現(xiàn)為俱樂部數(shù)量眾多,但規(guī)模小,學(xué)員年輕化嚴(yán)重,人員流失量大,80%以上的學(xué)員在小學(xué)年齡階段就退出了跆拳道的培訓(xùn)。2市場開發(fā)不深入不全面,跆拳道俱樂部能提供的產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重,為了生存被迫進(jìn)行惡性競爭,降低培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,最終影響了自身的發(fā)展。3脫離了文化的滋潤,將跆拳道簡化為了肢體動(dòng)作的表演,讓文化的魅力黯然失色,大大降低了跆拳道的吸引力,這也是導(dǎo)致市場停滯的關(guān)鍵問題。4經(jīng)營理念落后,為了利潤犧牲品質(zhì),經(jīng)營過程中弱化了品牌的觀念,沒有意識到品牌培育的重要性,至今北京跆拳道培訓(xùn)市場沒有出現(xiàn)專業(yè)品牌。
[Abstract]:Taekwondo is listed as an Olympic performance event, and its history as a modern sports event is not long, but in a short period of time, its brilliant achievements are obvious to all.Especially in the mass fitness market, taekwondo as a training program has gained more attention.Taekwondo in the national official taekwondo sports development line map, Taekwondo folk commercial development is also launched at the same time, this two-leg walking development model, in the history of Chinese sports is groundbreaking.While Chinese Taekwondo athletes are winning medals in the international arena, taekwondo, as a fitness project, has been launched throughout the country, and has rapidly occupied a huge share of the fitness market.Especially the low-age fitness market.After many years of rapid growth, Taekwondo clubs have gradually entered the bottleneck period of development. Taking the Beijing area as an example, the scale of Taekwondo training has grown slowly, the profit model is single, the profit margin is not high, and the qualification composition of the practitioners is complex.The unfavorable development of the new market, the lack of innovative business models and the serious homogeneous competition have led to a poor overall market for Taekwondo training in the Beijing market.Our research found that the development of taekwondo clubs is caused by a lot of unreasonable factors.The development of the Beijing Taekwondo Club has entered a bottleneck period.This shows that the number of clubs is numerous, but the size of the clubs is small, the students are getting younger, and more than 80% of the students who have lost more than 80% of their staff have withdrawn from the training .2 market of Taekwondo at the primary school age, and the market development is not thorough and comprehensive.Taekwondo clubs can provide products of serious homogeneity, in order to survive forced to engage in vicious competition, reduce the quality of training, and ultimately affected their own development .3 divorced from the culture of nourishing, Taekwondo will be simplified to physical performance,The charm of culture is overshadowed, and the attraction of taekwondo is greatly reduced. This is also the key issue leading to market stagnation. 4. The concept of management is backward. In order to sacrifice quality for profit, the concept of brand has been weakened in the course of operation.Not aware of the importance of brand cultivation, there is no professional brand in Beijing Taekwondo training market.
