【摘要】：目的了解城鄉(xiāng)老年人口體質(zhì)差別,促進(jìn)老年人口體質(zhì)健康。方法采用測(cè)量法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)城市和鄉(xiāng)村低年齡組(60~64歲)和高年齡組(65~69歲)男、女老年人的身體形態(tài)、身體功能等進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和分析。結(jié)果 60~64歲男性城鄉(xiāng)老年人身高、體重、胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、上臂和腹部皮皺厚度差異顯著(P0.05,P0.01),收縮壓、舒張壓、脈壓、布蘭奇指數(shù)差異顯著(P0.05,P0.01);女性城鄉(xiāng)老年人身高、體重、胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、上臂皮皺厚度、體質(zhì)指數(shù)異顯著(P0.05,P0.01),收縮壓、脈壓、布蘭奇指數(shù)等差異非常顯著(P0.01)。65~69歲男性城鄉(xiāng)老年人身高、腰圍及胸腰比差異非常顯著(P0.01),收縮壓、肺活量、脈壓、布蘭奇指數(shù)差異非常顯著(P0.01);女性城鄉(xiāng)老年人體重、胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、上臂皮皺厚度及體質(zhì)指數(shù)差異非常顯著(P0.01),收縮壓、肺活量和布蘭奇指數(shù)差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論鄉(xiāng)村老年人應(yīng)強(qiáng)化健康意識(shí);老年人要注意合理鍛煉,科學(xué)鍛煉。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the physique difference between urban and rural elderly population and to promote their physical health.Methods the body shape and body function of the elderly, male and female, were measured and analyzed by means of measurement and mathematical statistics in urban and rural low age group (6064 years old) and high age group (65 669 years old).Results there were significant differences in height, weight, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, upper arm and abdominal skin wrinkle thickness, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, Blanche index between 60 and 64 year old men.The differences of body weight, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, upper arm skin wrinkle thickness and body mass index were very significant (P 0.01), systolic blood pressure (SBP), vital capacity (VV) and Blanche index (Branch index) were significantly different (P 0.05).Conclusion the elderly in rural areas should strengthen their health consciousness and pay attention to rational exercise and scientific exercise.
