有氧體育鍛煉與大學(xué)生執(zhí)行功能關(guān)系的“劑量效應(yīng)”

【摘要】:目的:探討有氧體育鍛煉與執(zhí)行功能的"劑量效應(yīng)"。方法:采用追蹤研究設(shè)計(jì),以270名大學(xué)生為被試,按性別、鍛煉強(qiáng)度、頻率、時(shí)間分成18個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組,進(jìn)行16周有氧功率自行車鍛煉計(jì)劃。使用Flanker任務(wù)、2-back任務(wù)和More-odd shifting任務(wù)在鍛煉前、1次鍛煉后、8周、12周和16周分別測(cè)試被試的抑制、刷新和轉(zhuǎn)換功能,考察有氧體育鍛煉對(duì)執(zhí)行功能的影響。結(jié)果:鍛煉的強(qiáng)度、頻率和時(shí)間對(duì)執(zhí)行功能提高的貢獻(xiàn)分別為0.927、0.872、0.813;強(qiáng)度主效應(yīng)下,男大學(xué)生執(zhí)行功能改善效果為大強(qiáng)度中等強(qiáng)度小強(qiáng)度,女性則為中等強(qiáng)度小強(qiáng)度大強(qiáng)度;頻率主效應(yīng)下,男、女大學(xué)生改善效果為高頻率中等頻率小頻率;時(shí)間主效應(yīng)下,男、女大學(xué)生改善效果為16周12周8周4周1次。結(jié)論:小強(qiáng)度高頻率有氧體育鍛煉適用于女大學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)方案,中等強(qiáng)度中等頻率則適用于男大學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)方案,且以12周為單元周期。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the dose effect of aerobic exercise and executive function.Methods: 270 college students were divided into 18 experimental groups according to sex, exercise intensity, frequency and time.The inhibition, refresh and conversion functions of subjects were tested by Flanker task 2-back task and More-odd shifting task after 8 weeks and 16 weeks of exercise respectively, and the effects of aerobic exercise on executive function were investigated.Results: the contribution of exercise intensity, frequency and time to the improvement of executive function was 0.927 ~ (0.872) and 0.813, respectively. Under the main effect of intensity, the effect of improving the executive function of male college students was high intensity, medium intensity and small intensity, while that of female was medium intensity and high intensity.Under the main effect of frequency, the improvement effect of male and female college students was high frequency, medium frequency and small frequency, while that of male and female college students was 16 weeks, 12 weeks, 8 weeks, 4 weeks and 4 times under the main effect of time.Conclusion: the low intensity and high frequency aerobic exercise is suitable for female college students' exercise intervention, while the moderate intensity moderate frequency is suitable for male college students' exercise intervention program, and the unit cycle is 12 weeks.
