利益相關(guān)者視角下遼寧職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部社會(huì)責(zé)任治理研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)職業(yè)體育經(jīng)過(guò)二十多年的改革取得了優(yōu)異的成績(jī),職業(yè)足球組建了中超、中甲、中乙等職業(yè)聯(lián)賽,職業(yè)籃球組建了CBA、WCBA和CUBA等職業(yè)聯(lián)賽。職業(yè)體育經(jīng)過(guò)一系列改革創(chuàng)新,職業(yè)體育市場(chǎng)體系逐漸形成,社會(huì)的關(guān)注度也不斷提高。在我國(guó)職業(yè)體育取得成績(jī)的背后,仍然存在著諸多問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題的存在,嚴(yán)重阻礙了職業(yè)體育的健康發(fā)展。導(dǎo)致職業(yè)體育問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因較多,但本研究認(rèn)為職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部對(duì)其利益相關(guān)者社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失是其中較為重要的原因,因此本研究以職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者為調(diào)研對(duì)象,對(duì)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題展開(kāi)深入研究與分析,為職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題治理提供合理、科學(xué)的治理路徑。遼寧在體育職業(yè)化初期就走在了前面,1994年職業(yè)足球甲A聯(lián)賽第一賽季大連萬(wàn)達(dá)足球職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部就取得了聯(lián)賽的第一,并且當(dāng)年遼寧就已經(jīng)有三家職業(yè)足球俱樂(lè)部參加了甲A聯(lián)賽。1995年遼寧參加了職業(yè)籃球甲A聯(lián)賽第一賽季比賽,且從1996-1997賽季開(kāi)始連續(xù)三年獲得職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的亞軍。近幾年,遼寧宏運(yùn)足球俱樂(lè)部在中超職業(yè)聯(lián)賽打拼,取得了比較好的戰(zhàn)績(jī);遼寧衡潤(rùn)飛豹籃球俱樂(lè)部在2014-2015賽季和2015-2016賽季連續(xù)兩次獲得CBA聯(lián)賽的亞軍。可見(jiàn),遼寧職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部發(fā)展過(guò)程具有典型的代表性。因此,本研究以遼寧職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部為代表展開(kāi)對(duì)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題的研究和分析。其一,本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)遼寧衡潤(rùn)飛豹俱樂(lè)部、遼寧宏運(yùn)足球俱樂(lè)部、沈陽(yáng)東進(jìn)足球俱樂(lè)部和大連一方足球俱樂(lè)部進(jìn)行調(diào)研。其二,本文對(duì)利益相關(guān)者、職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部、社會(huì)責(zé)任和治理的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,根據(jù)四項(xiàng)內(nèi)容的內(nèi)涵確定了研究?jī)?nèi)容。其三,在結(jié)果與分析方面,根據(jù)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部與其利益相關(guān)者在重要性、主動(dòng)性和緊急性三個(gè)維度的關(guān)系來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,由專(zhuān)家對(duì)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部利益相關(guān)者在三個(gè)維度上進(jìn)行排序,根據(jù)專(zhuān)家的排序?qū)κ?lèi)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行分類(lèi),分為關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者、中間利益相關(guān)者和邊緣利益相關(guān)者。由于關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者對(duì)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部發(fā)展產(chǎn)生直接影響,本文對(duì)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部的關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者的社會(huì)責(zé)任問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究和分析。首先,通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料和專(zhuān)家訪談確定職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部對(duì)關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者應(yīng)該履行的社會(huì)責(zé)任;其次,對(duì)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部的關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)研,得出職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部對(duì)利益相關(guān)者社會(huì)責(zé)任履行現(xiàn)狀;最后,根據(jù)職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部社會(huì)責(zé)任缺失及缺失表現(xiàn),構(gòu)建職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部新的治理模型,進(jìn)而為職業(yè)體育俱樂(lè)部社會(huì)責(zé)任的缺失問(wèn)題提供科學(xué)合理的治理路徑。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of reform, professional sports in our country have made outstanding achievements. Professional football has set up professional leagues such as Chinese Super League, Chinese A League, Middle B Professional League, and Professional Basketball League, such as CBA WCBA and CUBA.After a series of reforms and innovations, the market system of professional sports has gradually formed and the social attention has been raised.Behind the achievements of professional sports in China, there are still many problems.The existence of these problems seriously hinders the healthy development of professional sports.There are many reasons leading to professional sports problems, but this study believes that the lack of social responsibility of professional sports clubs to their stakeholders is one of the more important reasons.Therefore, this study takes the key stakeholders of professional sports clubs as the research object, and carries out in-depth research and analysis on the social responsibility of professional sports clubs, so as to provide reasonable governance for the social responsibility of professional sports clubs.Scientific governance path.Liaoning took the lead in the early stages of sports professionalization. In 1994, Dalian Wanda Football Professional Sports Club won the first place in the league in the first season of the first season of the Professional Football League A.In 1995, Liaoning took part in the first season of the professional basketball league A, and won the runner-up of the professional league for three consecutive years starting from the 1996-1997 season.In recent years, Liaoning Hongyun Football Club has made good achievements in the Chinese Super League, and Liaoning Heng Runfei Leopard Basketball Club has won the runner-up of the CBA league for two consecutive times in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016.Visible, Liaoning professional sports club development process has typical representative.Therefore, this research takes Liaoning professional sports club as the representative to carry out the research and analysis on the social responsibility of the professional sports club.Firstly, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics to investigate Liaoning Hengrun Feibao Club, Liaoning Hongyun Football Club, Shenyang eastward Football Club and Dalian side Football Club.Secondly, this paper elaborates the connotation of stakeholders, professional sports clubs, social responsibility and governance, and determines the research content according to the connotation of four contents.Third, in terms of results and analysis, according to the relationship between professional sports clubs and their stakeholders in the importance, initiative and urgency to design the questionnaire,The stakeholders of professional sports clubs are sorted by experts in three dimensions. According to the ranking of experts, the stakeholders of 12 kinds of professional sports clubs are classified into key stakeholders.Intermediate stakeholders and marginal stakeholders.As the key stakeholders have a direct impact on the development of professional sports clubs, this paper studies and analyzes the social responsibility of the key stakeholders of professional sports clubs.First of all, through consulting literature and expert interviews to determine the professional sports club to the key stakeholders should fulfill the social responsibility; secondly, the key stakeholders of professional sports clubs questionnaire survey,Finally, according to the lack and lack of social responsibility of professional sports clubs, a new governance model of professional sports clubs is constructed.Then it provides a scientific and reasonable way for the lack of social responsibility of professional sports clubs.
