【摘要】：大學的職能有四大功能:人才培養(yǎng)、科學研究、文化傳承、服務社會。教學活動是大學教育的基礎和核心,教師的“傳道授業(yè)解惑”是其職責,而學生的教育過程、知識傳遞過程和人才的成長過程等都是通過課程體系來組織和完成的。因此,加強專選課程的研究就具有現(xiàn)實性和專業(yè)性。武漢體育學院的乒乓球專選課程在新時期下面臨著新任務、新要求,同時也面臨著新機遇和新挑戰(zhàn),就目前存在的問題,同時結合事物發(fā)展的必然規(guī)律,本人覺得應從以下幾點作為突破口來分析和解決:(1)關注學生發(fā)展,強調培養(yǎng)適應現(xiàn)代化社會所需要的能力;(2)強調課程的整合性,注重學科之間的相互融合;(3)在課程中融入課程評價標準;(4)體現(xiàn)課程改革的時代性和前瞻視野;(5)強調“育人功能”,立德樹人。為促進武漢體育學院乒乓球專選課程的教學效果的提高,本文以乒乓球專選課程堂教學效果及質量為研究內(nèi)容,通過問卷調查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方法,確定了影響武漢體育學院乒乓球專選課程教學效果的主要六個公因子:教師課程因子、教材資料因子、自身條件因子、動機因子、教學環(huán)境因子、學習因子。通過對6個主要影響因子的進一步分析從而獲得了各個因子的特點和規(guī)律。教師課程因子中教師的主導職能已從技能的傳授者轉變?yōu)閷W生發(fā)展的促進者,這對學生學習積極性有很大的促進作用;教材資料因子中學校提供的教材普遍比較陳舊,應完善課程內(nèi)容的時代性和先進性;自身條件因子中學生身體素質普遍較差,應加強學生專項身體素質建設;動機因子中學生渴望表現(xiàn)技能的欲望是學生學習乒乓球的主要動機因素,但是客觀因素很大程度上也影響著學生學習的積極性和學習效果;教學環(huán)境因子中學校、班級內(nèi)乒乓球學習的氛圍對學生學習效果影響較大,同時應完善練習場地的數(shù)量和質量;學習因子中除了課堂上的練習之外,課后練習的次數(shù)和練習的有效時間對學生的學習效果影響很大,與此同時,每次課后以日記形式形成的練習筆記因素促使學生自身學習的積極性,但只有少數(shù)學生可以具體落實。綜上六個主導因素具有統(tǒng)一性,又具有獨特性,相互作用的同時又相互制約,求其共同發(fā)展。從教學原則、訓練原則、項目規(guī)律、教學軟件及硬件的高度結合來提高專選班教學效果為目的,利用科學研究、文獻資料、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和實際觀察法,理論與實踐的指導思想來全面提升教學質量和人才培養(yǎng)質量。
[Abstract]:The function of university has four functions: talent training, scientific research, cultural inheritance, serving society. Teaching activities are the foundation and core of university education, teachers'"preaching and teaching" is their duty, and students' educational process, The process of knowledge transfer and the process of talent growth are organized and completed through the curriculum system. It is realistic and professional to strengthen the research of specialized courses. In the new period, the special courses of table tennis in Wuhan Institute of physical Education are facing new tasks, new demands, new opportunities and new challenges. At the same time, considering the inevitable law of the development of things, I think that we should analyze and solve the problem from the following points as a breakthrough) pay attention to the development of students, emphasize the ability to adapt to the needs of modern society and emphasize the integration of the curriculum. The improvement of teaching effect, This paper takes the teaching effect and quality of table tennis selective course as the research content, through questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and other methods, determines the main six common factors that affect the teaching effect of table tennis elective course in Wuhan Institute of physical Education: teacher curriculum factor. Teaching material factor, self condition factor, motivation factor, teaching environment factor, Learning factors. Through the further analysis of the six main influencing factors, the characteristics and laws of each factor are obtained. The leading function of teachers in the teacher's curriculum has changed from a teacher of skills to a promoter of students' development. The teaching materials provided by the school are generally old and should be improved in the era and advanced nature of the curriculum content, and the physical quality of the middle school students is generally poor because of their own conditions. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of students' special physical quality, the motivation factor is the desire of students to express their skills, but the objective factors also affect the students' learning enthusiasm and learning effect to a great extent. Among the factors of teaching environment, the atmosphere of table tennis learning in class has a great influence on the students' learning effect, and the quantity and quality of the training ground should be improved. The number of exercises after class and the effective time of practice have great influence on the students' learning effect. At the same time, the exercise notes formed in the form of diary after each class promote the students' enthusiasm in their own study. But only a few students can carry it out concretely. The six leading factors have unity, uniqueness, mutual interaction and mutual restriction, so as to seek their common development, from the teaching principles, training principles, project rules, the six leading factors have the characteristics of unity, uniqueness, mutual restriction and mutual restriction. The high combination of teaching software and hardware is aimed at improving the teaching effect of special class selection.
