【摘要】：通過田野調(diào)查、文獻資料等研究方法,以蘇北王套村、施樓村為考察對象,對"鄉(xiāng)村體育精英供給范式"進行研究。主要結(jié)論:鄉(xiāng)村體育精英在農(nóng)村具有重要的社會地位,對農(nóng)民體育需求具有更好的了解和把握,能夠有效消解行政供給的錯配;與村民具有較好的親近性能夠有效提升服務(wù)供給的活力,是"體育知識技能的傳授者、體育信息的搜集傳達者、體育場地設(shè)施的供給者、體育活動的組織與監(jiān)督者"。建議:培育、發(fā)現(xiàn)、動員鄉(xiāng)村體育精英參與到體育服務(wù)中來,通過合理的制度支持、建立相應(yīng)的補償機制以促進鄉(xiāng)村精英體育服務(wù)供給由自發(fā)向自覺的轉(zhuǎn)變;要保持鄉(xiāng)村精英尤其是體制外精英的政治獨立性,以保證其源于村民的公信力和號召力。
[Abstract]:By means of field investigation, literature and other research methods, taking Wangyao Village and Shilou Village in Northern Jiangsu as the object of investigation, this paper studies the supply paradigm of rural sports elite. The main conclusion is that the rural sports elite has an important social status in rural areas. Have a better understanding and grasp of farmers' sports demand, can effectively eliminate the mismatch of administrative supply, and have a good affinity with the villagers can effectively enhance the vitality of service supply, is "the imparting of sports knowledge and skills," The collection and transmission of sports information, the providers of sports venues and facilities, the organization and supervision of sports activities. To establish the corresponding compensation mechanism to promote the rural elite sports service supply from spontaneous to conscious transformation; to maintain the political independence of the rural elite, especially the non-system elite, in order to ensure that it originates from the credibility and appeal of the villagers.
