運(yùn)動監(jiān)控提升自我控制能力的效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:自我控制是個體控制或轉(zhuǎn)變不良行為反應(yīng)的能力。如何提高個體自我控制能力是自我控制研究領(lǐng)域的一個重要關(guān)注點(diǎn)。以運(yùn)動APP為媒介,對參與者實(shí)施運(yùn)動監(jiān)控,并預(yù)測通過運(yùn)動監(jiān)控干預(yù)可有效提高個體的自我控制能力。研究招募了APP運(yùn)動監(jiān)控組、單純運(yùn)動組和控制組3組參與者。結(jié)果顯示,與單純運(yùn)動干預(yù)組和控制組相比,運(yùn)動監(jiān)控組4周干預(yù)后的后測握力任務(wù)堅持時間較前測堅持時間顯著增長,后測的Stroop任務(wù)反應(yīng)時顯著低于前測反應(yīng)時,提示運(yùn)動監(jiān)控計劃可有效提高自我控制能力。
[Abstract]:Self-control is the ability of individual to control or change bad behavior reaction. How to improve individual self-control ability is an important concern in the field of self-control research. Using exercise APP as the medium, exercise monitoring is carried out on participants. It was predicted that the self-control ability of individuals could be improved effectively through exercise monitoring intervention. The study recruited three groups of participants: APP exercise monitoring group, simple exercise group and control group. The results showed that compared with the single exercise intervention group and control group, there were three groups of participants in the study. In the exercise monitoring group, the retention time of the post-test grip strength task was significantly longer than that of the pre-test task, and the response time of the post-test Stroop task was significantly lower than that of the pre-test response, which suggested that the exercise monitoring plan could effectively improve the self-control ability.
