自我效能在青少年情緒管理能力與體育鍛煉情緒之間的中介作用

【摘要】:目的:探討不同性別中學(xué)生的自我效能、情緒管理能力和體育鍛煉情緒之間區(qū)別與相關(guān)關(guān)系,以及自我效能在情緒管理能力與體育鍛煉情緒之間的中介作用。方法:采用分層抽樣法,抽取濟(jì)南市某寄宿中學(xué)289名初、高中男、女學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行自我效能、情緒管理能力、體育鍛煉情緒量表的測(cè)定。結(jié)果:1)男生"人際交流""身體健康""情緒效能""活力激發(fā)"生理疲憊""積極投入""尋求外界支持""控制消極暗示能力"維度評(píng)分高于女生;女生"理智調(diào)控情緒能力"維度評(píng)分高于男生。2)性別與情緒管理能力、自我效能和鍛煉情緒呈負(fù)相關(guān);情緒管理能力、自我效能與體育鍛煉情緒呈正相關(guān)。3)自我效能在情緒管理能力與體育鍛煉情緒之間存在中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)論:男、女學(xué)生在體育鍛煉情緒方面存在差異,但可以通過增加情緒管理能力減小這種差異,達(dá)到增強(qiáng)鍛煉情緒的目的。加強(qiáng)自我效能教育可能比單純進(jìn)行情緒管理引導(dǎo),對(duì)提高青少年體育鍛煉情緒、增加其鍛煉行為,效果更為明顯和長(zhǎng)久。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship among self-efficacy, emotion management ability and physical exercise emotion of middle school students of different genders, and the intermediary function of self-efficacy between emotion management ability and physical exercise emotion.Methods: by stratified sampling, 289 junior high school male and female students in a boarding school in Jinan were selected to measure their self-efficacy, emotional management ability and physical exercise emotion scale.Results: (1) male students' scores of "interpersonal communication", "physical health", "emotional efficacy", "vitality arousing" "physical fatigue", "seeking outside support" and "ability to control negative suggestion" were higher than those of female students.The scores of "rational emotion control ability" of female students were higher than that of boys. 2) gender had negative correlation with emotional management ability, self-efficacy and exercise emotion, emotion management ability,Self-efficacy has positive correlation with physical exercise emotion. 3) Self-efficacy has mediating effect between emotion management ability and physical exercise emotion.Conclusion: there are differences in physical exercise emotion between male and female students, but it can be reduced by increasing emotional management ability to achieve the purpose of enhancing exercise emotion.Strengthening self-efficacy education may be more effective than simple emotional management guidance in improving adolescent physical exercise mood and increasing their exercise behavior.
