【摘要】：緊貼民生辦全運是新時期我國體育領(lǐng)域全面深化改革提出的新要求,它既是有效釋放全運會社會功能的重要舉措,也是實現(xiàn)群眾體育、競技體育與體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的全面協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑之一。實現(xiàn)全運惠民,要以全民健身上升為國家戰(zhàn)略為重要契機,切實轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,落實辦賽主客體責(zé)任,有效回應(yīng)群眾訴求,科學(xué)調(diào)整惠民供需,積極推動全運賽事與城市建設(shè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展,注重全運投入與民生改善的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,做好全運決策與民生訴求的多方兼顧。
[Abstract]:Keeping close to the people's livelihood is the new requirement of deepening the reform in the field of sports in China in the new period. It is not only an important measure to effectively release the social functions of the National Games, but also a comprehensive coordination of mass sports, competitive sports and sports industry. One of the important ways to achieve sustainable development is to take the national fitness as an important opportunity to improve the national strategy, effectively change the functions of the government, implement the responsibility of the host and the guest, respond effectively to the demands of the masses, and scientifically adjust the supply and demand of the people. We should actively promote the coordinated development of the sports events and the urban construction, pay attention to the coordinated development of the total transportation investment and the improvement of the people's livelihood, and do a good job in taking into account the decisions of the whole Games and the demands of the people's livelihood.
