湖南省體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的提升研究

【摘要】:為培養(yǎng)“高層次、應(yīng)用型”體育人才,我國(guó)于2005年設(shè)置了體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位,經(jīng)過(guò)十年的發(fā)展,體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生招生規(guī)模逐漸擴(kuò)大,尤其是體育教學(xué)領(lǐng)域達(dá)到了總數(shù)的一半以上。但是,在許多問(wèn)題上專業(yè)碩士教育快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中逐漸暴露,例如專業(yè)碩士能力不足、教師能力及素質(zhì)有待增強(qiáng)、用人單位對(duì)人才質(zhì)量的不滿意、課程設(shè)置不合理、教育模式急需改進(jìn)、專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力較薄弱等等。筆者經(jīng)過(guò)相關(guān)資料查詢后發(fā)現(xiàn),關(guān)于研究生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力提升方面的的研究比較少,為了更好的為大、中、小學(xué)輸送出優(yōu)秀的研究生人才,探究體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力提升,具有較大的理論意義和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。本文以湖南省體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的提升為研究對(duì)象。以湖南大學(xué)、湖南師范大學(xué)、湖南工業(yè)大學(xué)、吉首大學(xué)體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生在各學(xué)校實(shí)習(xí)的教學(xué)實(shí)踐為調(diào)查對(duì)象。采用了文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、邏輯分析及實(shí)地考察等研究方法,研究結(jié)果表明:1、湖南省體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力水平對(duì)其就業(yè)影響較大。社會(huì)對(duì)高校體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的需求度較高,特別是課堂教學(xué)能力;2、湖南省體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力與社會(huì)需求存在一定差距,普遍欠缺教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力,尤其是教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)能力和課堂教學(xué)能力。3、影響湖南省體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的因素主要有研究生的招生制度不合理,課程設(shè)置不合理,管理環(huán)節(jié)松散,部分導(dǎo)師的不良影響,教育實(shí)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié)薄弱,研究生自身的期望過(guò)高、自身綜合素質(zhì)下降、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度懶散等。針對(duì)存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題提出一些建設(shè)性的意見:提出了提升湖南省體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生體育教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的策略,主要從途徑、方法、手段入手,明確培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);優(yōu)化課程設(shè)置;加強(qiáng)教材建設(shè);加大導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);提高導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)能力和實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力;改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法;加強(qiáng)教育實(shí)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié);完善人才培養(yǎng)模式;把好生源質(zhì)量關(guān);使研究生認(rèn)識(shí)到教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的重要性并提高自身的自覺(jué)性;建立健全實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地。
[Abstract]:In order to train "high-level, applied" sports talents, in 2005, China set up a master's degree in physical education. After ten years' development, the enrollment scale of postgraduates of physical education master's degree has gradually expanded. In particular, the field of physical education has reached more than half of the total. However, in the process of rapid development of professional master's education on many issues, such as lack of professional master's ability, teachers' ability and quality need to be enhanced. The employer is not satisfied with the quality of talents, the curriculum is unreasonable, the educational model is in urgent need of improvement, the professional practice ability is weak, and so on. There are few studies on the improvement of graduate students' teaching practice ability. In order to better improve the teaching practice ability of postgraduates with master's degree in physical education, in order to better improve the ability of teaching practice, primary schools and primary schools send out outstanding postgraduates, so as to explore the improvement of their teaching practice ability. It is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper focuses on the improvement of the teaching practice ability of the postgraduates majoring in physical education in Hunan Province, Hunan normal University, Hunan University of Technology, Hunan normal University, Hunan University of Technology, Hunan normal University, Hunan normal University, Hunan University of Technology, etc. The teaching practice of the postgraduates majoring in physical education of Jishou University is investigated. The methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and field investigation are used. The results show that the level of teaching practice ability of Hunan sports master degree graduate students has a great influence on their employment, and the social demand for teaching practice ability of physical education master degree graduate students in colleges and universities is high. Especially in classroom teaching ability, there is a certain gap between the teaching practice ability of Hunan physical education master degree graduate students and the social demand, and the general lack of teaching practice ability. In particular, the teaching design ability and classroom teaching ability. 3. The main factors that affect the teaching practice ability of Hunan sports master degree graduate students are the unreasonable enrollment system, unreasonable curriculum setup and loose management. The negative effects of some mentors, the weak links in educational practice, the excessive expectations of graduate students themselves, and the decline in their comprehensive qualities, This paper puts forward some constructive suggestions in view of the existing practical problems: it puts forward the strategies of improving the teaching practice ability of Hunan sports master degree graduate students, mainly from the way, method, means, and so on, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to improve the teaching practice ability of the postgraduates majoring in physical education. Make clear the training goal; optimize the course arrangement; strengthen the construction of teaching materials; increase the construction of the tutor's team; improve the tutor's guiding ability and practical teaching ability; improve the teaching method; strengthen the link of education practice; perfect the talent training model; We should control the quality of students, make graduate students realize the importance of teaching practice ability and improve their own consciousness, and establish and perfect the practice teaching base.
