【摘要】：目的:在借鑒前人研究綜合格斗和同場格斗項群力量方面的相關研究成果和參考國內(nèi)外力量訓練理論的基礎上,本文研究的目的是為了提高我國體育院校功夫全能技運動員運動訓練水平,了解當前全國體育院校功夫全能技的力量現(xiàn)狀,針對現(xiàn)狀和結(jié)合實際情況總結(jié)出具有專項特點的一套力量指標評價訓練體系。作為教練員在指導訓練的參考。遵循專項力量訓練的周期化、使在訓練過程中的方法和手段的選擇達到最優(yōu)化,讓訓練的效果達到最佳。方法:采用研究方法中的文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法對全國體育院校男子功夫全能技運動員進行力量分析。本文以全國體育院校17名男子功夫全能技運動員為調(diào)查對象,以構(gòu)建全國體院男子功夫全能技運動員力量評價指標體系的構(gòu)建為研究對象。用收集和整理資料的方法對力量指標進行初選、專家問卷的方法進行對指標的復選、用數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件的方式進行優(yōu)選建立了評分評價標準。把輕中級的運動員、普通和優(yōu)秀的功夫全能技運動員進行對比分析。結(jié)論:(1)輕量級和中量級各指標中具有顯著性差異的有:臥推、深蹲、硬拉、引體向上。(2)優(yōu)秀組和普通組各指標中具有顯著性差異的有:臥推、深蹲、格斗式拋實心球;具有差異性的指標的有:下潛抱假人摔、防抱腿、杠鈴挺髖、快速平推。(3)全國體育院校男子功夫全能技運動員力量評價指標體系的構(gòu)建包括1項一級指標,力量;3項二級指標,分別是:最大力量、快速力量、力量耐力;9項三級指標,臥推、深蹲、硬拉、立定三級跳遠、格斗式拋實心球、快速平推、下潛抱假人摔、防抱腿、杠鈴挺髖。(4)對全國體育學院的功夫全能技運動員進行了單項指標評分和綜合力量指標評分評價體系兩種方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the basis of referring to the related research results of previous studies on comprehensive combat and the strength of the same field fighting group and referring to the theory of strength training at home and abroad, The purpose of this study is to improve the training level of kungfu all-around athletes in physical education colleges and universities in China, and to understand the current situation of the strength of kungfu all-round technology in national sports colleges and universities. According to the present situation and the actual situation, a set of strength index evaluation training system with special characteristics is summarized. As a reference for coaches in guiding training, it follows the periodicity of special strength training. The methods and means in the process of training are optimized, and the effect of training is optimized. This paper analyzes the strength of male kungfu all-around athletes in national sports colleges by means of mathematical statistics and other methods. This paper takes 17 male kungfu all-round athletes in national sports colleges as the objects of investigation. Taking the construction of the strength evaluation index system of male kungfu all-round athletes in the National Institute of Sports as the research object, this paper uses the method of collecting and arranging the data to carry on the primary election to the strength index, the method of the expert questionnaire carries on the checkout to the index, Using the data processing software to select the best selection, the evaluation criteria are established. Conclusion: among the indexes of lightweight and middleweight, there are significant differences between ordinary and excellent kungfu athletes: lying down pushing, squat, pulling hard, In the excellent group and the ordinary group, there were significant differences in each index: lying down, squat, fighting throwing solid ball, and those with different indexes: the diving dummy, the anti-holding leg, the barbell, the hip, the lower body, the lower body, the lower body, the lower body, the legs, the barbell, the hip, the body, the body, the body, the body, the body, the body and the body. The construction of strength evaluation index system for male kungfu all-around athletes in national sports colleges includes one first-grade index and three second-class strength indexes, which are: maximum strength, fast strength, strength endurance, etc. Lying down, squat, hard pull, standing triple jump, wrestling throwing solid ball, fast flat pushing, diving holding dummy fall, anti-clasping leg, The evaluation system of the single index and the comprehensive strength index of the kungfu all-around athletes in the National Institute of physical Education was carried out.
