【摘要】：趣味體育融合了趣味、體育、生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)、休閑文化等元素,形成的一種介于各種體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目與趣味游戲之間的參與大眾普遍歡迎度高的運(yùn)動(dòng),趣味體育運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的開展促進(jìn)人們對(duì)于體育態(tài)度及理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,使越來越多的人在閑暇時(shí)間接觸到趣味體育項(xiàng)目,參與到趣味體育活動(dòng)中。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察等方法對(duì)北京市八家社會(huì)單位開展趣味體育項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,主要結(jié)論有：1、企業(yè)職工趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的趣味性、多樣性、群眾性、健身性、競技性兼顧的特點(diǎn)促進(jìn)趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的廣泛開展,企業(yè)職工趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)開展項(xiàng)目根據(jù)參與形式及發(fā)展身體素質(zhì)的主要任務(wù)分為兩大類：個(gè)人項(xiàng)目和集體項(xiàng)目。2、企業(yè)職工趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)項(xiàng)目能夠滿足開展趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的需要,并能根據(jù)主辦方、趣味體育參與者群體及第三方的意愿選取,但所選項(xiàng)目對(duì)于企業(yè)職工的身體素質(zhì)沒有起到全面的鍛煉。3、企業(yè)職工趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)開展受季節(jié)因素的影響,最佳的開展時(shí)間是在每年春季和秋季。4、企業(yè)職工參與趣味運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)能夠獲得輕松愉快的心情,放松自我；合作交流并收獲友誼；強(qiáng)身健體,形成參加體育鍛煉的習(xí)慣,參與趣味體育項(xiàng)目的體驗(yàn)滿意度高。5、趣味體育項(xiàng)目受到趣味體育參與者的喜愛,企業(yè)職工希望添加更多的趣味體育項(xiàng)目,項(xiàng)目選取需要注意參賽人群的年齡特征做出相應(yīng)選擇,獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置單項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)設(shè)前八名或前六名,團(tuán)體獎(jiǎng)一般設(shè)前三名。6、體育設(shè)施與器材不足仍然是制約趣味體育項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的重要因素,需加大在項(xiàng)目器材研發(fā)及趣味體育運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)舉辦資金的投入,創(chuàng)設(shè)具有時(shí)代氣息的趣味體育項(xiàng)目,吸納喜愛趣味體育的從業(yè)人員并加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn),提高裁判員水平,設(shè)立定時(shí)定點(diǎn)的培訓(xùn),提高裁判員的服務(wù)意識(shí)及裁判工作的待遇等措施會(huì)對(duì)趣味體育項(xiàng)目近期和長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展起到促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Interesting sports combine the elements of interest, sports, productive labor, leisure culture, etc., and form a kind of sports that is generally popular between various sports events and interesting games. The development of interesting sports games promotes the change of people's attitude towards sports and makes more and more people get in touch with interesting sports in their leisure time and participate in interesting sports activities. The investigation and analysis of the current situation of interesting sports in eight social units in Beijing were carried out by means of questionnaire survey and field observation. The main conclusions are: 1, the interest, diversity, mass, fitness of the enterprise staff and workers' interesting sports meet. The competitive nature of the sports games promotes the extensive development of the sports games. According to the form of participation and the main task of developing physical fitness, the enterprise staff and workers' interesting sports meet the needs of the interesting sports meet the needs of the enterprise staff and workers' interesting sports meeting, according to the main task of developing their physical quality: individual projects and collective projects. It can be selected according to the wishes of organizers, interesting sports participants and third parties, but the selected items have not played a comprehensive exercise in the physical quality of enterprise workers. 3. The enterprise employees' interest sports meet is affected by seasonal factors. The best time to develop is in the spring and autumn of each year. The participation of the enterprise workers in the fun sports can obtain a relaxed mood, relax themselves, cooperate and exchange with each other and reap friendship, strengthen their health and form the habit of taking part in physical exercise. The experience satisfaction of participating in the interesting sports is high. 5, the interesting sports is loved by the interesting sports participants, the enterprise staff and workers want to add more interesting sports, the project selection needs to pay attention to the age characteristics of the participants to make the corresponding choice. The awards are divided into the top eight or the first six, and the group awards generally have the top three. The lack of sports facilities and equipment is still an important factor restricting the development of interesting sports. It is necessary to increase the investment in the research and development of the project equipment and the holding of the interesting sports games, to create the interesting sports items with the flavor of the times, to absorb the practitioners who love interesting sports, to strengthen the training, and to raise the level of the referees. The establishment of regular training, the improvement of referees' service awareness and the treatment of referees will promote the short-term and long-term development of interesting sports events.
