全民體育健身視野下的茶葉企業(yè)員工日常鍛煉配套研究分析

【摘要】:員工整體健康是企業(yè)正常運轉(zhuǎn)的重要保障,茶葉企業(yè)的員工有著不同于其它企業(yè)的工作環(huán)境,在日常煅燒方面存在諸多不利因素。而對于茶葉企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動開展來說,其員工的培養(yǎng)狀況,實際上也關(guān)系到整個培養(yǎng)活動的開展效果,更重要的是在這一過程中,茶葉企業(yè)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段,企業(yè)員工自身工作的狀態(tài)和積極性也直接關(guān)系到茶葉企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況。本文從新形勢下茶葉企業(yè)員工健身的角度出發(fā),對茶葉企業(yè)的員工日常鍛煉配套方案做了簡要分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:The overall health of the staff is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the enterprise. The employees of the tea enterprise have a different working environment from other enterprises, and there are many unfavorable factors in the daily calcination. However, for the tea enterprise to carry out its business activities, In fact, the training situation of its staff is also related to the development effect of the whole training activities. More importantly, in this process, the tea enterprises are in the critical stage of transformation and development. The state and enthusiasm of the employees' own work are also directly related to the management of the tea enterprises. From the perspective of the health of the employees of the tea enterprises under the new situation, this paper makes a brief analysis of the matching schemes for the daily exercise of the employees in the tea enterprises. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
