【摘要】：高校校園足球作為校園足球的重要組成部分,是校園足球四級(jí)體系中的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),也是校園足球四級(jí)體系展現(xiàn)成果的重要平臺(tái)之一。目前,在我省開(kāi)展大學(xué)生足球聯(lián)賽主要是兩個(gè)平臺(tái),即中國(guó)大學(xué)生足球比賽(湖北賽區(qū))和湖北省普通高校足球聯(lián)賽。特別是湖北省高校比賽在規(guī)程設(shè)置上基本涵蓋所有不同層次的學(xué)校,但不難發(fā)現(xiàn)目前武漢高校參賽的隊(duì)伍數(shù)量與實(shí)際高校數(shù)量相差甚遠(yuǎn)。武漢市擁有在校大學(xué)生數(shù)量全國(guó)第一的人數(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)有著大量的足球適齡人群。但如何利用我們的這一優(yōu)勢(shì),依托高校校園龐大的人口基數(shù),搭建、推廣、普及武漢市高校校園足球發(fā)展平臺(tái),調(diào)動(dòng)武漢各層次高校,特別是高職高專類(lèi)院校都參與到校園足球中來(lái),從而促進(jìn)武漢高校校園足球整體的發(fā)展,成為了本文的研究重點(diǎn)。筆者從中國(guó)大學(xué)生足球聯(lián)賽(湖北賽區(qū))和湖北省普通高校足球聯(lián)賽入手,對(duì)參加該聯(lián)賽的學(xué)生和教師進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前的聯(lián)賽制度并不足以全面促進(jìn)和提高武漢高校足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)在聯(lián)賽區(qū)域集中化的基礎(chǔ)上,探求開(kāi)展武漢高校足球聯(lián)賽的可行性。本文以武漢高校為例隨機(jī)抽取了50名教師與400名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并采用專家訪談等方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)合以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)分析：目前武漢高校參與校園足球聯(lián)賽的現(xiàn)狀：1)當(dāng)前武漢地區(qū)高校校園足球聯(lián)賽的大型賽事以中國(guó)大學(xué)生足球聯(lián)賽(湖北賽區(qū))和湖北省高校聯(lián)賽為主,高職高專30所學(xué)校中僅只有10所參加了湖北省普通高校足球聯(lián)賽,并沒(méi)有全部參與其中。2)武漢高校參與校園足球聯(lián)賽開(kāi)展中存在的不足：比賽少不能滿足不同水平學(xué)生的需要；比賽周期安排不合理；比賽資金來(lái)源單一。結(jié)合武漢高校參與校園足球聯(lián)賽的現(xiàn)狀得出以下結(jié)論：開(kāi)展武漢高校校園足球聯(lián)賽的可行性：1)政策性條件：國(guó)家政策性文件和湖北省政策性文件都明確指出足球走進(jìn)校園。2)社會(huì)性條件：武漢高校足球聯(lián)賽平臺(tái)具有獨(dú)立性；武漢高校參賽隊(duì)伍數(shù)量大、人數(shù)多；武漢高校具有良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)生源情況；武漢高校場(chǎng)地和硬件設(shè)施齊全；武漢高校擁有良好足球文化氛圍；武漢強(qiáng)大的高校師資力量；資金來(lái)源多元化；學(xué)校聯(lián)賽級(jí)別與教練員選擇機(jī)制靈活；交通便利。3)開(kāi)展武漢高校校園足球聯(lián)賽所帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇：有利于保持運(yùn)動(dòng)員的競(jìng)技狀態(tài)；有利于場(chǎng)地的合理利用；有利于非正式比賽正規(guī)化開(kāi)展。提出開(kāi)展武漢高校參與校園足球聯(lián)賽面臨的挑戰(zhàn)1)調(diào)動(dòng)高校參與熱情。2)調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極性。3)引起相關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌重視。最后筆者提供了開(kāi)展武漢高校校園足球聯(lián)賽的對(duì)策：1)政策性硬性規(guī)定2)賽制規(guī)程制定：賽事組織形式的靈活、賽事組別分配的合理、賽事之間的聯(lián)接。
[Abstract]:As an important part of campus football, college campus football is the last link in the four-class system of campus football, and also one of the important platforms for showing the achievements of the four-class system. There are two main platforms for the development of college students' football league in our province. That is, the Chinese University Football match (Hubei match area) and the Hubei University Football League. In particular, the regulations of the Hubei University Competition basically cover all different levels of schools. However, it is not difficult to find that the number of participating teams in Wuhan colleges and universities is quite different from the actual number of colleges and universities. Wuhan has the number of students in the first place in the country. At the same time, there are a large number of football age groups. But how to make use of our advantage and rely on the huge population base of university campus, build, popularize, popularize Wuhan university campus football development platform, mobilize Wuhan universities at all levels, In particular, higher vocational colleges and universities are involved in campus football, thus promoting the overall development of campus football in Wuhan colleges and universities. The author begins with the Chinese College Football League (Hubei match) and the Hubei University Football League, and makes a thorough investigation on the students and teachers who participate in the league. The author thinks that the current league system is not enough to promote and improve the development of football in Wuhan colleges and universities in an all-round way. In order to explore the feasibility of developing Wuhan University Football League, 50 teachers and 400 students were randomly selected from Wuhan University as an example. Using the methods of expert interview and so on, this paper analyzes the following aspects: the current situation of Wuhan colleges and universities participating in the campus football league matches: (1) the current large-scale matches of the campus football league in Wuhan area take the universities of China as the major matches. The Soccer League (Hubei match area) and the Hubei University League are the main ones. Only 10 of the 30 colleges and universities in higher vocational colleges have participated in the ordinary college football league in Hubei province, not all of them. 2) the shortcomings of Wuhan colleges and universities in the development of campus football league are as follows: less matches can not meet the needs of students of different levels; Unreasonable arrangement of competition cycle; According to the current situation of participating in the campus football league in Wuhan universities, the following conclusions are drawn: the feasibility of developing the campus football league in Wuhan university: the policy condition: the national policy document and the policy of Hubei province. The documents clearly point out the social conditions of football walking into campus. 2) Social conditions: Wuhan University Football League platform is independent; Wuhan colleges and universities have a large number of participants; Wuhan colleges and universities have a good source of sports students; Wuhan colleges and universities have complete venues and hardware facilities; Wuhan universities have a good football culture atmosphere; Wuhan has a strong faculty; Diversification of fund sources; flexible selection mechanism of school league level and coaches; convenient transportation. 3) opportunities brought by Wuhan University Campus Football League: it is beneficial to maintain athletes' competitive state, to make rational use of the site; The paper puts forward the challenge of developing Wuhan university to participate in campus football league. 1) arousing the enthusiasm of university participation. 2) arousing students enthusiasm. 3) arousing the relevant departments to make overall effort. Finally, the author pays attention to it. It provides the countermeasures for developing the campus football league in Wuhan University. The policy is rigid. 2) the rules and regulations of the competition are formulated: the flexible form of the organization of the tournament, A reasonable division of events and a connection between them.
