【摘要】：自1984年許海峰為中國奪得第一枚奧運金牌開始到2012年倫敦奧運會，中國健兒共奪得201枚夏季奧運會金牌。自2002年美國鹽湖城，，楊揚為中國奪得第一枚冬奧會金牌起到2014年索契冬奧會，我國共奪得12枚冬奧會金牌。在這8屆夏季奧運會及4屆冬季奧運會之中，共產(chǎn)生了222名奧運冠軍。截止2014年12月31日，共有155名奧運冠軍選擇了退役，67名奧運冠軍仍在役。如今我國為培養(yǎng)一名奧運冠軍，前期投入了大量的人力、物力和財力，與之相比，他們退役后所得到得保障卻遠(yuǎn)不能及。人們一直都是在強(qiáng)奪金牌、為祖國爭光的重要性，卻忽視了光環(huán)褪去后，會帶給他們的問題。奧運冠軍作為運動員中的佼佼者，退役后的去向更是成為人們關(guān)心的話題。奧運冠軍不僅為國家?guī)砹酥粮邿o上的榮譽(yù)，它所帶來的意義更是超越了體育運動的本身。因此對奧運冠軍退役后職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的研究，為更多的運動員提供就業(yè)指導(dǎo)，為中國體育人才的培養(yǎng)及競技體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了強(qiáng)勁的推動力。 本文運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、個案分析法對奧運冠軍退役后的職業(yè)選擇進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析。首先分析了我國奧運冠軍退役整體概況，又對接著對我國奧運冠軍退役后職業(yè)選擇與發(fā)展分析，最后對影響中國奧運冠軍退役后職業(yè)選擇與發(fā)展的原因進(jìn)行了分析。 通過研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論：1.女性奧運冠軍多于男性奧運冠軍；奧運金牌主要集中在跳水、舉重、排球、體操、乒乓球等優(yōu)勢項目2.大部分奧運冠軍退役后仍從事與體育有關(guān)的工作3.奧運冠軍在退役后職業(yè)的選擇都較為成功4.如今運動員退役年齡逐步延后，大部分奧運冠軍在退役后首先會選擇進(jìn)入高校讀書
[Abstract]:Since Xu Haifeng won China's first Olympic gold medal in 1984 and the 2012 London Olympics, Chinese athletes have won 201 summer Olympic gold medals. Yang Yang won the first Winter Olympics gold medal for China until the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, and China won 12 Winter Olympics gold medals. In these eight Summer Olympics and four Winter Olympics, A total of 222 Olympic champions were born. As of December 31, 2014, a total of 155 Olympic champions have chosen to retire and 67 Olympic champions are still in service. Now, in order to train an Olympic champion, China has invested a great deal of manpower, material and financial resources in the early stage. By contrast, their retirement is far from guaranteed. People have been trying to win gold medals and earn glory for their country, while ignoring the fading of the halo. The Olympic champion, as the leader of the athletes, has become a topic of concern after retirement. The Olympic champion has not only brought the supreme honor to the country, The significance it brings goes beyond the sport itself. Therefore, the study of the status quo of Olympic champions' careers after retirement provides employment guidance for more athletes. For the training of Chinese sports personnel and the development of competitive sports has played a strong driving force. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the career choice of Olympic champions after retirement by means of literature, mathematical statistics and case analysis. Firstly, it analyzes the overall situation of Olympic champions' retirement in China. It also analyzes the career choice and development of Chinese Olympic champions after retirement, and finally analyzes the reasons that affect the career choice and development of Chinese Olympic champions after retirement. Through research, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1. The female Olympic champion is more than the male Olympic champion; the Olympic gold medal is mainly concentrated in diving, weightlifting, volleyball, gymnastics, 2. The majority of Olympic champions are still engaged in sport-related work after their retirement. The Olympic champions have made successful career choices after retirement. 4. Now the retirement age of athletes is gradually postponed. Most Olympic champions will first choose to go to higher education after their retirement.
