王嘉男跳遠(yuǎn)技術(shù)分析

【摘要】:跳遠(yuǎn)是人體通過一定的距離助跑后獲得最大水平速度,并且快速利用起跳產(chǎn)生垂直速度使人體騰空落進(jìn)沙坑的一項(xiàng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)[1]。本文通過對(duì)2015年北京世界田徑錦標(biāo)賽中國(guó)男子跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員王嘉男跳遠(yuǎn)技術(shù)中的助跑后十步、起跳的騰起角度、騰空姿勢(shì)和落地的技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究分析,并與世界優(yōu)秀男子跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技術(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,查找相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),搜集相關(guān)比賽資料,并且通過生物力學(xué)對(duì)其身體形態(tài)、運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)的機(jī)體活動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究,同時(shí)對(duì)王嘉男的跳遠(yuǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)其騰空姿勢(shì)技術(shù)采取視頻截圖進(jìn)行分析,把最后得出的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,邏輯分析方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,從中找出王嘉男與世界優(yōu)秀跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的差距,并對(duì)其不足之處提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)對(duì)策,為以后的訓(xùn)練提供良好的理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)為我國(guó)優(yōu)秀跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練和技術(shù)改進(jìn)提供一定的參考,本研究對(duì)王嘉男跳遠(yuǎn)技術(shù)的四個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了深入的分析討論得出以下結(jié)果:1.研究對(duì)象在助跑中的加速方式、速度水平與世界優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的水平是有一定差距,并且助跑開始幾步的步頻較慢,步子大,上體前傾太大,擺臂發(fā)力不協(xié)調(diào),助跑節(jié)奏性不強(qiáng),特別是倒數(shù)第一步著地時(shí)候身體重心下降太快,軀干沒有伸直,頭抬起太慢,雙手不協(xié)調(diào),2.研究對(duì)象在起跳時(shí)的緩沖時(shí)間、轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)間、蹬伸時(shí)間等時(shí)間太長(zhǎng),導(dǎo)致起跳角度小,轉(zhuǎn)換效率值低,蹬伸不充分,嚴(yán)重的影響王嘉男的跳遠(yuǎn)成績(jī)。3.研究對(duì)象在落地緩沖時(shí)候起跳腿髖關(guān)節(jié)角度相差大,做功距離不夠,擺動(dòng)腿通過擺動(dòng)帶動(dòng)同側(cè)的髖向前運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程不充分,其次送髖增大擺動(dòng)腿的擺動(dòng)幅度不夠。4.研究對(duì)象起跳騰空時(shí),擺動(dòng)腿下落后擺幅度小,身體姿勢(shì)不協(xié)調(diào),起跳腿向前伸展不夠。5.研究對(duì)象在舉腿、送髖、收腹、著地時(shí),身體重心支持點(diǎn)協(xié)調(diào)配合與完成的各技術(shù)的時(shí)機(jī)恰當(dāng)度不好。6.研究對(duì)象在騰空落地時(shí)身體嚴(yán)重向左傾斜,身體姿勢(shì)舒展度不夠,重心太向后,手上動(dòng)作不協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The long jump is when the human body gets the maximum horizontal speed through a certain distance run-up. And a sport in which the take-off produces vertical speed and the human body is emptied into a bunker [1]. In this paper, ten steps after the run-up in the Chinese men's long jump technique in the 2015 Beijing World Athletic Championships, Wang Jiannan, The take-off angle, the takeoff position and the landing technology are studied and analyzed, and compared with the techniques of the world's elite men's long jump athletes, the relevant documents are searched, the relevant competition information is collected, and the body shape is obtained through biomechanics. At the same time, Wang Jiannan's long jump technique is analyzed, video screenshots are taken to analyze his vacationing posture technique, and mathematical statistics are used to obtain the relevant data. The logic analysis method is summarized, from which the gap between Wang Jianan and the world elite long jumpers is found, and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward to provide a good theoretical basis for the later training. At the same time, it provides a certain reference for the training and technical improvement of Chinese elite long jump athletes. This study makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the four key links of Wang Jianan's long jump technique. The following results are obtained: 1.The acceleration mode of the research object in the run-up. There is a certain gap between the speed level and the level of the world's elite athletes, and the pace of the first few steps of the run-up is slow, the pace is large, the upper body is too large, the arm swing is not in harmony, and the run-up rhythm is not strong. Especially when the center of gravity drops too fast, the torso is not straightened, the head is raised too slowly, and the hands are not in harmony when the first step of the last step hits the ground. 2. The participants' buffer time, transition time, pedal time, etc., during the take-off are too long, resulting in a small take-off angle. The conversion efficiency value is low, the pedal extension is insufficient, the serious influence Wang Jianan's long jump score .3.The research object takes off the leg hip joint angle to differ greatly in the landing buffer time, does the work distance not enough, The swing leg is not enough to drive the hip of the same side forward motion through the swing. Secondly, the swing amplitude of the swing leg is not enough to increase the swing amplitude of the swing leg. 4. When the object of the study is taken off and vacated, the swing amplitude of the swing leg after falling is small, and the body posture is not in harmony. 5. When the subjects raised their legs, sent their hips, gathered their abdomen and landed on the ground, the timing of various techniques coordinated with and completed by the body center of gravity support points was not good enough .6.When the subjects landed in the air, their bodies were seriously inclined to the left. The body posture stretch degree is not enough, the center of gravity is too backward, the hand movement is not coordinated.
