大型體育賽事工作人員團隊文化建設研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本文旨在通過對我國大型體育賽事工作人員團隊文化建設的研究,提高體育賽事工作人員籌辦工作的效率和籌辦工作的科學性,為我國后續(xù)組織大型體育賽事的辦賽團隊提供一些有益的理論支持。 研究方法:采用文獻資料法搜索關于本文研究需要的理論資料。專家訪談法,深入的了解關于大型體育賽事工作人員在籌辦體育賽事過程中呈現(xiàn)出來的團隊文化。問卷調查法,主要對60名曾參與大型體育賽事的工作人員進行滿意度的調查。數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,對調查所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進行分類、整理、進行必要相關的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計,為本研究的分析與論述提供相應的理論依據(jù)。邏輯分析法,對調查得出的結論與體育學理論知識進行系統(tǒng)的分析與整合、歸納與演繹、類比等邏輯分析方法,得出相關的理論結果與建議。 研究結果與討論:分別對大型體育賽事工作人員團隊文化中所包含的四種文化(物質、制度、行為、精神)中所包含的相關要素進行調查分析,,得出大型體育賽事工作人員團隊文化建設的特點和問題。特點:大型體育賽事工作人員團隊培訓模式相對完善;團隊分工明確;團隊目標明確;團隊業(yè)務能力相對較強。問題:大型體育賽事辦賽團隊成員相對分散導致溝通不暢;團隊中個人發(fā)展規(guī)劃不夠健全;團隊活動形式相對較少;團隊融洽度不夠高。 研究結論:(1)綜合歸納得出關于大型體育賽事工作人員團隊文化的定義; (2)大型體育賽事工作人員團隊文化建設整體建設比較完善,但在有些模塊還是存在些許不足; (3)北京奧運會的辦賽團隊文化在辦賽過程中得到了充分的體現(xiàn),在團隊文化建設的四個層面上以行為文化和制度文化表現(xiàn)的最為突出。 研究建議:(1)在辦賽團隊中,崗位設置需更加系統(tǒng)化,專業(yè)化; (2)針對工作周期短的問題,籌辦賽事的團隊應該根據(jù)具體情況,提前組建團隊、制定計劃、設崗定人,加強團隊培訓,熟悉流程,統(tǒng)籌兼顧、團結合作、完成目標; (3)大型賽事的主辦方或者是承辦方應該為辦賽團隊成員提供較好的工作和生活條件,以充分調動工作人員的積極主動性,從而增強團隊的凝聚力; (4)舉辦一些部門與部門之間的交流會,文體活動,加強團隊成員之間的溝通,以此來加大部門之間的協(xié)調力; (5)在賽事即將結束或是結束后,可以把即將面臨失業(yè)的社會招聘員工舉薦到企事業(yè)單位、公司任職或者邀請一些有招聘需求的公司來為他們提供機會,為參加賽事籌辦的社會招聘人員解決后顧之憂。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency and scientificalness of the preparation of sports event staff through the research on the construction of team culture of the staff of large-scale sports events in China. It provides some useful theoretical support for our country to organize large-scale sports events. Research methods: the literature method is used to search the theoretical data about the research needs of this paper. Deeply understand the team culture that the staff members of large-scale sports events present in the preparation of sports events. Questionnaire survey is conducted on the satisfaction of 60 staff members who have participated in large-scale sports events. The data obtained from the investigation are classified, sorted, and necessary mathematical statistics are carried out to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the analysis and discussion of this study. The conclusion of the investigation is systematically analyzed and integrated with the theoretical knowledge of physical education, induction and deduction, analogy and other logical analysis methods, and the relevant theoretical results and suggestions are obtained. Research results and discussions: the related elements of the four cultures (material, institutional, behavioral, spiritual) contained in the team culture of the staff of large-scale sports events were investigated and analyzed respectively. The characteristics and problems of team culture construction of staff in large-scale sports events are obtained. The characteristics are: relatively perfect training mode for staff in large-scale sports events, clear division of labor of teams, clear objectives of teams; The team business ability is relatively strong. Problems: the relatively dispersed team members of large sports events lead to poor communication; the individual development planning in the team is not sound; the form of team activities is relatively small; the team harmony is not high enough. Research conclusion: 1) the definition of team culture of the staff of large-scale sports events is summarized synthetically. 2) the overall construction of team culture of the staff of large-scale sports events is relatively perfect, but there are still some deficiencies in some modules; 3) the team culture of the Beijing Olympic Games has been fully embodied in the course of the competition, and the behavior culture and the system culture are the most prominent in the four levels of team culture construction. The research suggests that: 1) in the team running the competition, the post establishment should be more systematic and professional; 2) in view of the short work cycle, the team organizing the event should set up the team in advance, make the plan, set up the post person, strengthen the team training, be familiar with the process, take into consideration the overall plan, unite and cooperate according to the specific situation, and accomplish the goal; 3) the organizers or organizers of large-scale events should provide better working and living conditions for the members of the team, so as to fully mobilize the active initiative of the staff and thus enhance the cohesion of the team; (4) holding communication meetings between departments and departments, cultural and cultural activities, and strengthening communication among team members in order to enhance coordination among departments; 5) after or near the end of the competition, people who are about to face unemployment in the society can be recommended to enterprises or institutions, or companies with recruitment needs can be invited to provide them with opportunities. To solve the problems for the social recruiters who participate in the event.
