【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育促進(jìn)了我國(guó)教育課程改革,教學(xué)創(chuàng)新是課程改革的主要途徑。在高校籃球教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,教師的職業(yè)疲乏普遍存在于教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力缺乏影響了教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。要提升籃球教師的教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力,首先必須探討影響籃球教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力的因素。本研究以武漢體育學(xué)院籃球教師的教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行考察,分析了部分影響教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力的相關(guān)因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討加強(qiáng)籃球教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力的指導(dǎo)性建議。文章首先使用文獻(xiàn)研究方法,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外教學(xué)創(chuàng)新和教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力相關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧和梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力影響因素測(cè)試指標(biāo)。然后采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方法展開(kāi)研究并得出以下結(jié)論:1、學(xué)生普遍對(duì)教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)創(chuàng)新表示期待。教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力主要來(lái)自于個(gè)人對(duì)事業(yè)的熱愛(ài)、個(gè)人晉升等個(gè)體方面,其次是來(lái)自學(xué)校環(huán)境的影響。2、教師個(gè)人的職業(yè)認(rèn)同感、專業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)M意度、成就價(jià)值取向和職業(yè)規(guī)劃情況影響到其在教學(xué)創(chuàng)新中的積極性和表現(xiàn)。學(xué)校對(duì)教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新的重視程度、同事間的創(chuàng)新工作氛圍和學(xué)生發(fā)展的要求能影響籃球教師教學(xué)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中的動(dòng)力。3、教師應(yīng)該努力提高教學(xué)創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)與能力,學(xué)�？梢圆扇〈胧╅_(kāi)展加強(qiáng)教師職業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)的文化建設(shè),從而通過(guò)全方位努力激勵(lì)教師的教學(xué)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Quality education has promoted the reform of educational curriculum in our country, and teaching innovation is the main way of curriculum reform. In the teaching activities of basketball in colleges and universities, the professional fatigue of teachers generally exists in teaching activities. The lack of motivation for teaching innovation affects the development of education. First of all, it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the motivation of teaching innovation of basketball teachers. This study takes the motivation of teaching innovation of basketball teachers in Wuhan Institute of physical Education as the research object, and analyzes some related factors that affect the motivation of teachers' teaching innovation. On this basis, the paper discusses the guiding suggestions to strengthen the teaching innovation power of basketball teachers. Firstly, the article reviews and combs the relevant theoretical literature on teaching innovation and teaching innovation motivation at home and abroad by using literature research methods. On the basis of this, the author constructs the test index of the influencing factors of the motivation of teaching innovation, and then adopts the questionnaire, The following conclusions are drawn: 1. Students generally look forward to teachers' teaching innovation. The motivation of teachers' teaching innovation mainly comes from personal love of career, personal promotion, and so on. The second is the impact of school environment. 2. Teachers' personal professional identity, professional development satisfaction, Achievement value orientation and career planning affect their enthusiasm and performance in teaching innovation. The creative work atmosphere among colleagues and the requirements of students' development can affect the motivation of basketball teachers' teaching innovation process. The teachers should strive to improve the quality and ability of teaching innovation. Schools can take measures to strengthen teachers' professional awareness of the cultural construction, so as to encourage teachers through all-round efforts to stimulate innovation in teaching.
