有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)與瑜伽組合鍛煉對(duì)大學(xué)生事件相關(guān)電位影響研究

【摘要】:背景與目的:現(xiàn)今在運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)腦認(rèn)知功能影響調(diào)節(jié)的研究中已逐漸由只關(guān)注運(yùn)動(dòng)任務(wù)本身的定量特征,開始轉(zhuǎn)向既關(guān)注運(yùn)動(dòng)的定量特征,同時(shí)又關(guān)注其定性特征對(duì)認(rèn)知功能的影響作用。受美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院教授、全球SPARK計(jì)劃的創(chuàng)始人約翰·瑞迪(John Ratey)出版的《運(yùn)動(dòng)改造大腦》一書的啟迪,本文采用事件相關(guān)電位指標(biāo),考查評(píng)價(jià)了“1600m跑+瑜伽”這種運(yùn)動(dòng)組合對(duì)腦功能的影響作用,并與“1600m跑+1600m跑”組合進(jìn)行了比較。對(duì)象與方法:本研究從山東師范大學(xué)長(zhǎng)清湖校區(qū)在校學(xué)生中(非體育專業(yè))篩選出健康女大學(xué)生35人作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分配到實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組20人,對(duì)照組15人。采用縱向研究、觀察6周1600m跑與瑜伽組合鍛煉前后事件相關(guān)電位指標(biāo)的變化,并與對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較。事件相關(guān)電位采用德國(guó)生產(chǎn)的Brain Vision Analyzer腦電分析儀進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)采用改良版的Flanker范式,四種刺激分別為“”(S1)、“”(S2)、“”(S3)、“”(S4),通過腦電采集放大器Nu Amps收集腦電數(shù)據(jù),最后使用腦電分析軟件Brainvision Analyzer User Manual as of software version 2.1.0對(duì)腦電數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,主要使用P300這種ERPs成分的潛伏期、波幅以及正確反應(yīng)時(shí)和正確率作為認(rèn)知功能的主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:一、行為學(xué)指標(biāo)顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組前測(cè)的正確反應(yīng)時(shí)和正確率均無顯著差異,兩組為同質(zhì)樣本。實(shí)驗(yàn)組前測(cè)與6周后測(cè)在正確反應(yīng)時(shí)和正確率上無差異,與8周后測(cè)在正確反應(yīng)時(shí)上無差異,在正確率上存在顯著差異;對(duì)照組前測(cè)與6周后測(cè)在正確反應(yīng)時(shí)上無差異,在正確率上存在顯著差異,與8周后測(cè)在正確反應(yīng)時(shí)上無差異,在正確率上存在顯著差異;6周后測(cè)中,只有對(duì)照組在正確率上存在顯著差異,8周后測(cè)中,兩組在正確率上都存在顯著差異,因此可以說明1600m跑+瑜伽組合鍛煉和1600m跑+1600m跑鍛煉在正確率上有顯著提高。二、事件相關(guān)電位指標(biāo)顯示:(1)測(cè)量時(shí)間因素顯示:兩組基測(cè)、6周后測(cè)、8周后測(cè)相比,基測(cè)的潛伏期6周后測(cè)潛伏期8周后測(cè)潛伏期,P300潛伏期縮小;兩組中基測(cè)的P300波幅6周后測(cè)波幅8周后測(cè)波幅,提示似乎呈現(xiàn)為運(yùn)動(dòng)影響的普遍性。(2)電極因素顯示:電極因素對(duì)P300的潛伏期影響顯著,并且枕區(qū)O_1、O_z、O_2的P300潛伏期小于頂區(qū)P_3、P_z、P_4的P300潛伏期小于額葉區(qū)F_3、F_z、F_4的P300潛伏期小于中央?yún)^(qū)C_3、C_z、C_4的P300潛伏期。這一結(jié)果似乎進(jìn)一步說明信息在大腦中加工的基本順序可能是枕區(qū)→頂區(qū)→額葉區(qū)→中央?yún)^(qū),符合腦內(nèi)循環(huán)信息流的基本理論觀點(diǎn)。電極因素對(duì)P300的波幅影響也顯著。電極C_3、C_z、C_4、P_3、P_z、P4的P300波幅要大于F3、Fz、F4、O1、Oz、O2的,由此可以看出中央?yún)^(qū)和頂區(qū)的P300波幅要大于額葉區(qū)和枕區(qū)的,并且Cz的P300波幅大于C3、C4的,Pz的P300波幅大于P3、P4的,所以得出P300波幅最明顯的區(qū)域?yàn)橹醒雲(yún)^(qū)和頂區(qū),且中線部位的P300波幅要大于兩側(cè)的P300波幅。(3)訓(xùn)練六周后測(cè)與基測(cè)值比較顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組F3電極點(diǎn)的P300潛伏期在S3、S4刺激類型上有顯著性差異,表現(xiàn)為六周后潛伏期延長(zhǎng)。對(duì)照組O2電極點(diǎn)的P300潛伏期在S2刺激類型上有顯著性差異,表現(xiàn)為潛伏期縮短;P4電極點(diǎn)的P300波幅在S1刺激類型上有顯著性差異,表現(xiàn)為波幅降低。顯示兩種運(yùn)動(dòng)方式六周訓(xùn)練對(duì)P300的影響表現(xiàn)一定的差異性。頭皮點(diǎn)位置不同,潛伏期變化有的延長(zhǎng)有的縮短。(4)恢復(fù)兩周后測(cè)(8周后測(cè))與基測(cè)值比較顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組O2電極點(diǎn)的P300潛伏期在S4刺激類型上有顯著性差異,潛伏期縮短。對(duì)照組P3電極點(diǎn)的P300潛伏期在S1、S2刺激類型上有顯著性差異,O1電極點(diǎn)的P300潛伏期在S2刺激類型上有顯著性差異,Oz電極點(diǎn)的P300潛伏期在S3刺激類型上有顯著性差異,表現(xiàn)為潛伏期縮短;Pz電極點(diǎn)的P300波幅在S1、S2、S3、S4刺激類型上有顯著性差異,Oz電極點(diǎn)的P300波幅在S1、S3、S4刺激類型上有顯著性差異,O2電極點(diǎn)的P300波幅在S3、S4刺激類型上有顯著性差異,表現(xiàn)為波幅降低。結(jié)論建議:兩種運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)P300影響具有一定的普遍性并且運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)P300的影響呈現(xiàn)一定的后作用現(xiàn)象。兩種運(yùn)動(dòng)組合對(duì)P300的影響也表現(xiàn)出一定的差異性,表現(xiàn)在刺激任務(wù)方式、電極點(diǎn)位置及數(shù)量、P300指標(biāo)及潛伏期變化等。但無論從行為學(xué)指標(biāo)和P300指標(biāo),還是從刺激方式和頭皮分布而言,1600m跑+瑜伽組合鍛煉的影響效果小于1600m+1600m跑鍛煉的效果。本研究做了6周的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),對(duì)于需長(zhǎng)期訓(xùn)練才能達(dá)到預(yù)期效果的運(yùn)動(dòng)來說,干預(yù)時(shí)間太短,所以建議在以后的相關(guān)研究中,可試圖做更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),以獲得更加接近全面的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Background & AIM: To study the effects of exercise on cognitive function in brain regulation has gradually from only paying attention to the quantitative characteristics of movement of the task itself, to not only pay attention to the quantitative characteristics of the movement, and pay attention to the effect of qualitative features on cognitive function.
