【摘要】：競(jìng)技體育從其產(chǎn)生的那一天起就深刻蘊(yùn)含著人類的某種價(jià)值追求,也離不開倫理價(jià)值規(guī)范的引導(dǎo)和制約。競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展的歷史也不斷說明,價(jià)值追求的異化,倫理規(guī)范的缺失,必將使競(jìng)技體育發(fā)生異化,因此,有時(shí)候,競(jìng)技體育不僅不能成為人類追求身體健美、社會(huì)交往和國(guó)家強(qiáng)大的有益活動(dòng),反而會(huì)演變成為傷害人類身心健康、影響社會(huì)和諧和國(guó)際友好交往的事件。新中國(guó)的競(jìng)技體育從無(wú)到有、從小到大、從弱到強(qiáng),隨著國(guó)家和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展之態(tài)勢(shì),其取得的成就令世人矚目,令國(guó)人興奮和自豪,也充分展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)人民敢于拼搏、勇于奮斗、自強(qiáng)不息的精神面貌,體現(xiàn)了中華民族重新崛起的信心和決心。然而,也毋庸諱言,由于競(jìng)技體育本身的高淘汰率、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)強(qiáng)度以及“明星效應(yīng)”特點(diǎn),加之市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下人們對(duì)利益的片面追逐和某些外部環(huán)境的不利影響,當(dāng)前中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的發(fā)展也存在著一些違背競(jìng)技體育倫理精神的現(xiàn)象,諸如年齡造假、服用興奮劑、黑哨、群毆、假球、甚至進(jìn)行故意的人身傷害,媒體誤導(dǎo)甚至參與造假、政府過度投資而忽視大眾體育、項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等等,也嚴(yán)重制約和影響了中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的健康發(fā)展。因此,競(jìng)技體育如何在良好的倫理價(jià)值規(guī)范的引導(dǎo)和制約下健康發(fā)展就成為當(dāng)前競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展的一個(gè)重大問題。本文立足于社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的引領(lǐng)作用,從政治倫理的角度討論當(dāng)代中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育倫理價(jià)值規(guī)范的建設(shè)和踐行問題,力圖回答建構(gòu)競(jìng)技體育倫理核心價(jià)值的依據(jù)、社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀何以成為競(jìng)技體育倫理的根本內(nèi)容、競(jìng)技體育踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的基本維度以及如何防止和消除競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的異化現(xiàn)象等問題。任何倫理規(guī)范都蘊(yùn)含著一定的價(jià)值屬性和價(jià)值訴求,其中的核心價(jià)值構(gòu)成了該倫理規(guī)范的主體和支撐,影響和制約著該領(lǐng)域活動(dòng)主要價(jià)值取向。本論文第一章闡述了競(jìng)技體育的倫理意蘊(yùn)以及國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)體育倫理的基本發(fā)展概況,并從國(guó)家意識(shí)形態(tài)的訴求、社會(huì)理性對(duì)道德的期望、個(gè)人全面發(fā)展三個(gè)方面討論了構(gòu)建當(dāng)代競(jìng)技體育倫理核心價(jià)值的基本依據(jù)。從國(guó)家層面講,競(jìng)技體育不僅僅體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家的綜合實(shí)力,是人民之間、國(guó)與國(guó)之間相互交流的一個(gè)重要載體和媒介,而且展現(xiàn)了特定國(guó)家和政府的形象,其倫理價(jià)值必然受到特定國(guó)家尤其是執(zhí)政黨意識(shí)形態(tài)的影響,體現(xiàn)一定的意識(shí)形態(tài)特點(diǎn)。從社會(huì)層面講,競(jìng)技體育倫理規(guī)范反映著一定的傳統(tǒng)文化觀念,受制于社會(huì)道德觀念的約束,尤其是體現(xiàn)了人們對(duì)社會(huì)公正的追求。從個(gè)人層面講,競(jìng)技體育可以最大程度激發(fā)人的潛能,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身最大的價(jià)值,人的自由而全面的發(fā)展理應(yīng)成為所有競(jìng)技體育運(yùn)動(dòng)員追求的核心價(jià)值。因此,競(jìng)技體育倫理與國(guó)家、社會(huì)和個(gè)人都密切相關(guān),從關(guān)系角度講,倫理是一種關(guān)系。當(dāng)代中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育倫理核心價(jià)值的建構(gòu)必須體現(xiàn)國(guó)家、社會(huì)和個(gè)人的共性要求,兼顧三者的利益訴求。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀正好契合了上述三者的關(guān)系,為當(dāng)代中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育倫理核心價(jià)值的建構(gòu)提供了基本依據(jù)。本論文第二章探討社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀何以構(gòu)成當(dāng)代中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育倫理的根本內(nèi)容,從我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的根本價(jià)值目標(biāo)、開展競(jìng)技體育工作的基本準(zhǔn)則、深化改革我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育體制的精神動(dòng)力、運(yùn)動(dòng)員全面發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求等四個(gè)方面闡述了競(jìng)技體育踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的主要機(jī)制問題。本論文第三章具體結(jié)合社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的十二個(gè)范疇,探討了競(jìng)技體育踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的基本維度。在國(guó)家層面,競(jìng)技體育彰顯了國(guó)家的文明、富強(qiáng)、民主與和諧的價(jià)值追求,其中文明是魂。因此,富強(qiáng)、民主、和諧也可以看成是國(guó)家文明發(fā)展的不同體現(xiàn)。在社會(huì)層面,競(jìng)技體育在不斷追求著自由、平等、公正、法治的價(jià)值訴求,其中公正為要。在個(gè)人層面,敬業(yè)是培育主體責(zé)任的主體規(guī)范,由此敬業(yè)構(gòu)成愛國(guó)、誠(chéng)信、友善的基礎(chǔ)。本論文第四章探討如何運(yùn)用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范當(dāng)代中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的健康發(fā)展,盡量防止和消除競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的異化現(xiàn)象。這主要包括:注重制度倫理建設(shè),為競(jìng)技體育健康發(fā)展提供根本保障;注重輿論宣傳引導(dǎo),為競(jìng)技體育健康發(fā)展?fàn)I造良好氛圍;注重個(gè)體道德自律,為競(jìng)技體育健康發(fā)展奠定主體基礎(chǔ)。需要特別說明的是,本論文具體結(jié)合社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀十二個(gè)范疇對(duì)競(jìng)技體育倫理規(guī)范踐行的探討,尤其是在每一個(gè)層面又提出一個(gè)范疇作為主體和核心來(lái)展開闡述的做法,必然存在著概念分類的不周延和邏輯上的不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)之處,會(huì)引起一定歧義。對(duì)此,我們認(rèn)為,這樣做并不意味著這些范疇優(yōu)先性的簡(jiǎn)單排列,更不意味著對(duì)每一個(gè)范疇簡(jiǎn)單歸類是絕對(duì)的,這樣做的主要考慮是現(xiàn)行的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的表述已經(jīng)約定俗成,其科學(xué)性和合理性不是本文探討的問題。論文對(duì)此遺憾也只能存此留照,以待將來(lái)深入研究以改進(jìn)之。
[Abstract]:Sports from its produce that one day deep contains a value of the pursuit of human beings, also cannot do without the ethical value of standard guide and restrict the development of competitive sports history. Also, the alienation of value pursuit, lack of ethics, will make the competitive sports' alienation, therefore, sometimes, competitive sports not only can not become the pursuit of human body, beneficial activities of social interaction and strong country, but will become harm human health events affect social harmony and international friendly exchanges. Sports new Chinese from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, with the rapid development of the country and society showing a momentum of vigorous development, the the achievements that attracted worldwide attention, make people excited and proud, but also fully demonstrated China people dare to struggle, dare to struggle, unremitting self-improvement spirit, embodies the Re emergence of the Chinese nation's confidence and determination. However, needless to say, due to the high rate of elimination of competitive sports itself, competitive strength and the "star effect", and the adverse effects under the condition of market economy to the interests of the people and some one-sided pursuit of the external environment, the current development of China sports also has some competitive against the sports ethics phenomenon, such as age of fraud, doping, whistle, brawl, match-fixing, or even intentional bodily harm, or even misleading media involved in fraud, excessive government investment and ignore the mass sports project, structural imbalance and so on, also seriously affect the healthy development of Chinese sports. Therefore, how to competitive sports in the healthy development of good ethics to guide and control standard of the value has become a major problem of the development of competitive sports. This paper is based on the society The leading role of socialist core values, to discuss the contemporary Chinese sports ethics standard construction and practice from the perspective of political ethics, and tries to answer the construction of sports ethics core value of socialist core values has become the fundamental content of sports ethics, basic dimensions of competitive sports in the practice of socialist core values and how to to prevent and eliminate the process in the development of the competitive sports dissimilation phenomenon. Any ethical standard contains certain value attributes and values, the core values which constitute the main body and the support of ethics, influence and restrict the main value activities in the field. The first chapter of the thesis expounds the ethical connotation of competitive sports the international economy and sports ethics basic development, and from the national ideology, social rationality on the road The expectations of individual all-round development is discussed in three aspects on the basis of constructing the core of contemporary sports ethics. The socialist core values just fit the relationship between the three, provides the basis for the construction of contemporary China sports ethics core value.
