【摘要】：作為全民健身的主體組成部分,青少年體育活動的開展與促進是當今體育科學研究的一大熱點。建設青少年戶外體育活動營地(青少營)有助于青少年在大自然中陶冶情操、強健體魄、提升認知,培養(yǎng)積極樂觀的生活態(tài)度及良好的體育運動習慣。國家的高度重視及社會的廣泛開展,使得青少營發(fā)展迅速,體育總局及教育部將其視為實施體育活動的重要途徑之一,且體育總局明確提出青少營是青少年體育工作的兩大重點之一。青少營的快速發(fā)展與較少的科學研究之間巨大的矛盾是導致目前青少營經(jīng)營不規(guī)范、市場競爭力差的原因之一。如何通過青少營的現(xiàn)狀發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并正確引導其發(fā)展成為目前青少營發(fā)展的首要任務�；诖�,本文通過運用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻資料法以及專家訪談等方法,對京津冀地區(qū)國家級青少營展開現(xiàn)狀分析與研究。通過發(fā)放營地管理人員問卷和青少年問卷的形式,對京津冀青少營(其中北京5家,天津1家,河北5家)進行基本情況調(diào)研分析,找出青少營發(fā)展中存在的問題,得出以下結(jié)論:1、京津冀地區(qū)青少營發(fā)展的主要優(yōu)勢:國家、政府政策支持;組織保障;京津冀地區(qū)之間協(xié)作發(fā)展、資源共享;靈活的資金投入。2、京津冀地區(qū)青少營發(fā)展的主要劣勢:營地培訓師資歷較低,教學能力有限;管理專業(yè)化欠缺,營銷手段單一;營地數(shù)目有待增加,課程項目設置較為單一,不能滿足各年齡段青少年需求;對青少營體育工作教育職能認識不夠,不利于青少營的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。3、京津冀地區(qū)青少營發(fā)展的主要機遇:國家與政府及相關部門的高度重視和積極引導;青少年對青少營的熱愛及高漲的參與熱情,為青少營的健康發(fā)展提供了客戶基礎。4、京津冀地區(qū)青少營發(fā)展的主要挑戰(zhàn):各方營地資金難以平衡,制約青少營的運營;營地從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)參差不齊,營地管理、決策水平低;青少年學習壓力大,課外體育活動時間少。針對青少營開展現(xiàn)狀,筆者建議:加大政府扶持,充分利用網(wǎng)絡、媒體宣傳渠道,用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維宣傳青少營,擴大營地影響力;拓寬資金來源渠道,提升營地整體實力;總局牽頭協(xié)作各級部門,加快推行對青少營建設、運營以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的指導性文件,確保青少年安全參加各類營地活動;加強營地管理人員以及培訓師的隊伍建設,不斷提高營地人員整體素質(zhì);研發(fā)多樣課程以滿足各階段青少年需求;創(chuàng)設利于青少營持續(xù)、積極發(fā)展的氛圍;政府主導、各職能部門協(xié)同,各自發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,創(chuàng)建青少營組織聯(lián)盟,實現(xiàn)資源共享。
[Abstract]:As the main part of national fitness, the development and promotion of adolescent sports activities is a hot topic in sports science research nowadays. The construction of youth outdoor sports activity camp (youth sports camp) is helpful for young people to cultivate their sentiment in nature. Strengthen physique, improve cognition, cultivate positive and optimistic life attitude and good sports habits. The high value of the country and the wide development of society make the youth and youth camp develop rapidly. The General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education regard it as one of the important ways to carry out sports activities. Moreover, the General Administration of Sports has clearly pointed out that the youth and youth camp is one of the two key points of the youth sports work. The huge contradiction between the rapid development of the youth and the less scientific research has led to the non-standard management of the youth and the young camp at present. One of the reasons for the poor market competitiveness. How to find the problem through the current situation of youth and youth camp and how to correctly guide its development become the first task of the development of youth and youth camp. Based on this, this paper applies the method of questionnaire survey. By the methods of literature and experts interview, the present situation of the national youth youth camps in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is analyzed and studied. Through the distribution of the questionnaire of camp managers and adolescents, the paper makes a survey of the small camps in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei (among them, 5 in Beijing). 1 in Tianjin, 5 in Hebei) to investigate and analyze the basic situation, to find out the problems existing in the development of Qingxiaoying, and to draw the following conclusions: 1, the main advantages of the development of youth, Tianjin and Hebei: state, government policy support, organization guarantee; The main disadvantages of the development of youth and less camp in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are low qualifications, limited teaching ability, lack of management specialization and single marketing means. The number of camps needs to be increased, the curriculum items are relatively single, and they cannot meet the needs of young people of all ages. This is not conducive to the sustainable development of the youth and youth camps. 3. The main opportunities for the development of youth and youth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are: the high attention and active guidance of the state, the government and the relevant departments; the young people's love for and enthusiasm for the youth and youth camp; It provides a customer base for the healthy development of the youth and youth camp. 4. The main challenges of the development of the youth and little camp in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are as follows: the fund of the camp is difficult to balance, the operation of the camp is restricted, the quality of the camp staff is not uniform, the management of the camp is not uniform, and the level of decision-making is low; Youth learning pressure, extracurricular sports activities less time. In view of the current situation of youth and youth camp, the author suggests: increase government support, make full use of the network, media propaganda channels, use Internet thinking to promote youth camp, expand the camp influence; Widening the sources of funds to enhance the overall strength of the camp; the General Administration led the collaboration of departments at all levels to speed up the implementation of the youth camp construction, operation and sustainable development guidance documents to ensure the safe participation of young people in all kinds of camp activities; Strengthen the team building of camp managers and trainers, continuously improve the overall quality of camp personnel; develop various courses to meet the needs of young people at all stages; create an atmosphere conducive to the sustained and positive development of youth and youth camps; and lead by the government, Each functional department cooperate, each exerts the superiority, establishes the youth few camp organization alliance, realizes the resources sharing.
