【摘要】：競(jìng)技體育后備人才的培養(yǎng)是競(jìng)技體育持續(xù)發(fā)展的基石,是競(jìng)技體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,對(duì)我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和體育強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)有著重大意義。體育傳統(tǒng)校工作作為體育后備人才培養(yǎng)中重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。不僅是推動(dòng)我國(guó)學(xué)校體育工作全面發(fā)展的重要組成部分,而且已成為我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練管理體制中極為重要的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)體育后備人才的重任,關(guān)系到我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和“奧運(yùn)爭(zhēng)光計(jì)劃”的實(shí)現(xiàn)。文章通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校競(jìng)技體育后備人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,分析出其競(jìng)技體育后備人才隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上得出影響淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校競(jìng)技體育后備人才培養(yǎng)主要影響因素,尋求后備人才培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)淮北市競(jìng)技體育的發(fā)展提供理論參考。主要得出以下結(jié)論:1、淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校整體數(shù)目較少,省級(jí)的只有十所,中小學(xué)比例懸殊較大。與皖北地區(qū)其他城市相比,數(shù)量上較少,成績(jī)相差較大,競(jìng)技體育后備人才建設(shè)有待加強(qiáng);2、淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校中教練員隊(duì)伍在職稱(chēng)水平、最高運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)歷以及執(zhí)教年限方面存在不足,缺乏高學(xué)歷層次的人才,科研能力不足。另外,淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校教練員的待遇不豐厚,訓(xùn)練補(bǔ)貼較少;3、淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校中運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化課學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)整體較差,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不認(rèn)真,且與訓(xùn)練年限成反比;影響文化課學(xué)習(xí)的因素主要為沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和受訓(xùn)練的影響兩個(gè)方面�；幢笔惺〖�(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校中運(yùn)動(dòng)員的參訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)主要以考入體育類(lèi)院校為主,其次是鍛煉身體,第三是進(jìn)入專(zhuān)業(yè)隊(duì);4、淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校發(fā)展?fàn)顩r整體不容樂(lè)觀。大部分學(xué)校沒(méi)有健全的教練員選拔制度,大多是學(xué)校體育教師,社會(huì)參與度較小。大部分省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校沒(méi)有形成梯隊(duì)建設(shè):在運(yùn)動(dòng)員選材方面,大部分學(xué)校有考核制度,部分學(xué)校還是憑借教練員經(jīng)驗(yàn)選材;5、淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校缺少完整的、系統(tǒng)的、長(zhǎng)期的訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃作為理論指導(dǎo),部分體育傳統(tǒng)校對(duì)后備人才的培養(yǎng)缺乏長(zhǎng)期的規(guī)劃;體育傳統(tǒng)校每年參加比賽數(shù)量較少,參加的級(jí)別和水平偏低。6、淮北市省級(jí)體育傳統(tǒng)校的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源渠道單一,大多數(shù)學(xué)校經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源以學(xué)校專(zhuān)項(xiàng)撥款為主,其他經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源比重太小。另外部分學(xué)校場(chǎng)地能滿(mǎn)足其訓(xùn)練的基本需要。但其場(chǎng)地器材數(shù)量與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化需要加以完善。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents is the cornerstone of the sustainable development of competitive sports and an important part of the development of competitive sports. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of competitive sports and the construction of sports power in our country. As an important link in the training of sports reserve talents, the work of traditional sports schools is of great significance. Playing an irreplaceable role, it is not only an important part of promoting the overall development of physical education in our country, but also a very important basic link in the management system of sports training in our country, bearing the heavy responsibility of cultivating sports reserve talents. It is related to the development strategy of competitive sports and the realization of "Olympic project of winning honor". This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, etc. This paper makes an investigation and study on the present situation of the cultivation of sports reserve talents in the provincial traditional sports schools in Huaibei City, and analyzes the present situation of the training of the sports reserve talents in the provincial sports schools of Huaibei City. On the basis of investigation and research, it is concluded that the main factors affecting the training of reserve talents of competitive sports in provincial traditional sports schools in Huaibei City, In order to provide a theoretical reference for further promoting the development of competitive sports in Huaibei City, the following conclusions are drawn: 1: 1. The overall number of traditional sports schools at the provincial level in Huaibei City is relatively small, and there are only ten at the provincial level. Compared with other cities in northern Anhui, the proportion of primary and secondary schools is large. Compared with other cities in northern Anhui, the number of coaches is small, the achievements are different, the construction of competitive sports reserve talents needs to be strengthened, and the coaches in traditional schools at provincial level in Huaibei City are in the level of professional title. There are deficiencies in the highest sports experience and the number of years of teaching, the lack of talents with high academic qualifications and the lack of scientific research ability. In addition, coaches in traditional sports schools at the provincial level in Huaibei City are not well paid. The training subsidy is less than 3%, the overall achievement of the athletes in the traditional sports school of Huaibei province is poor, the study attitude is not serious, and it is inversely proportional to the years of training. The main factors that affect the study of culture course are the lack of good study habits and the influence of training. The motivation of the athletes in the traditional sports schools at the provincial level in Huaibei City is mainly to enter the sports colleges and universities, and the second is to exercise their bodies. The third is to enter the professional team No. 4. The development of traditional schools at the provincial level in Huaibei City is not optimistic as a whole. Most schools do not have a sound system for the selection of coaches, most of them are school physical education teachers. Social participation is relatively small. Most traditional schools at the provincial level have not formed echelons: most schools have assessment systems in the selection of athletes. Some schools still rely on coaches' experience to select materials, Huaibei provincial traditional sports schools lack of complete, systematic, long-term training plan as theoretical guidance, part of the traditional sports proofreading talent training lack of long-term planning; The number of sports traditional schools participating in competitions is relatively small each year, and the level and level of participation are on the low side. Huaibei provincial traditional sports schools have a single source of funding, most of which come from special school grants. The proportion of other sources of funding is too small. The other part of school venues can meet their basic needs of training. But the number of facilities and standardization needs to be improved.
