【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料等研究方法,基于"健康中國"視角分析我國校園"毒跑道"問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)校園"毒跑道"的危害主要包括:造成學(xué)生身體心理創(chuàng)傷、社會(huì)大眾信任危機(jī)以及生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞等諸多方面。與此同時(shí),基于"健康中國"規(guī)劃綱要主旨分析、總結(jié)我國校園"毒跑道"問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)其形成原因主要有:國家法律制度缺失、跑道鋪設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)混亂、思想道德觀念缺失以及社會(huì)監(jiān)督體系不完善等。藉此,我國校園"毒跑道"治理路徑主要有:深化體制機(jī)制改革,完善國家法律制度;健全實(shí)施保障體系,強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目組織實(shí)施;開展愛國健康教育,營造良好社會(huì)氛圍;加強(qiáng)健康法治建設(shè),建立健全監(jiān)督體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the research methods of "healthy China", this paper analyzes the problem of "poison runway" in Chinese campus, and finds out that the harm of campus "poison runway" mainly includes: causing students' physical and psychological trauma. At the same time, based on the analysis of the main purpose of the "healthy China" program, this paper summarizes the problem of "toxic runway" in Chinese campus. It is found that the main reasons for its formation are: the lack of national legal system, the confusion of runway laying, the lack of ideological and moral concepts, and the imperfect social supervision system, etc. The main ways to manage the poison runway in Chinese campus are as follows: deepening the reform of the system and mechanism, perfecting the national legal system, perfecting the security system, strengthening the implementation of the project organization, carrying out patriotic health education, and creating a good social atmosphere; We will strengthen the construction of healthy rule of law and establish a sound supervisory system.
