【摘要】:大學(xué)生處于人生黃金階段,心理和生理都趨于成熟,健康問(wèn)題與工作和生活緊密相關(guān),但是根據(jù)國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)得出,學(xué)生體質(zhì)一直處于急劇下滑的狀態(tài),特別是耐力跑成績(jī)不達(dá)標(biāo)所占比例較高,耐力跑成績(jī)反應(yīng)心肺耐力水平,心肺耐力在體質(zhì)健康各要素中占有核心地位,又有研究表明影響大學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康更多的是行為生活方式,因此良好的健康行為是獲得體質(zhì)健康的基礎(chǔ)。有研究表明健康行為不僅與人格存在直接聯(lián)系,也與身體自我認(rèn)知能力存在直接聯(lián)系,同時(shí)身體自我認(rèn)知能力又與人格存在聯(lián)系。因此,身體自我認(rèn)知能力在人格影響健康行為的過(guò)程中能否作為中介變量是需要進(jìn)一步研究的問(wèn)題。本研究以耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生為對(duì)象,發(fā)放問(wèn)卷或量表611份,有效問(wèn)卷500份。使用文獻(xiàn)資料法,國(guó)際體力活動(dòng)量表(IPAQ)、健康行為問(wèn)卷、身體自尊量表(PSPP)、卡特爾人格量表(16PF)對(duì)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的健康行為、身體自我認(rèn)知能力、人格進(jìn)行測(cè)量。采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生健康行為、身體自我認(rèn)知能力和人格的特征,Spearman相關(guān)分析耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的健康行為與人格的關(guān)系,Person相關(guān)分析耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生人格與身體自我認(rèn)知能力的關(guān)系,通過(guò)路徑分析探究身體自我認(rèn)知能力在人格和健康行為之間的中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)果:(1)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生健康行為分布特征:耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的健康行為主要表現(xiàn)在不吸煙(89.6%)、不飲酒(80.6%)上,主要較弱的體現(xiàn)在膳食不規(guī)律(93.8%)、睡眠不規(guī)律(73%)和缺乏體力活動(dòng)(52%)上。膳食行為男生優(yōu)于女生,睡眠行為和體力活動(dòng)女生優(yōu)于男生。(2)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生身體自我認(rèn)知能力(PSPP)的特征:耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的PSPP得分為58.21±8.2,處于低等水平;身體吸引力(AB)得分為11.77±2.05,處于稍高水平;身體素質(zhì)(PF)得分為11.07±1.96,處于較低水平。(3)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生人格(16PF)特征:16PF次級(jí)人格特質(zhì)焦慮性,主要人格特質(zhì)憂慮性接近高分特征(7.5±1.3、7.2±1.1),緊張性屬于高分特征(8.0±1.5);實(shí)驗(yàn)性、自律性接近低分特征(3.8±1.8、3.4±1.6)。(4)不同健康行為水平的耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的身體自我認(rèn)知能力、人格特征比較:根據(jù)健康行為計(jì)分方法,將耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生分為高、中、低分組,PSPP及分維度身體狀況(PC)、身體素質(zhì)(PF)在低、中,低、高分組差異性顯著(P0.01),身體吸引力(AB)在低、中分組差異性顯著(P0.01)。16PF次級(jí)人格特質(zhì)焦慮性、自控力,主要人格特質(zhì)憂慮性(O)、穩(wěn)定性(C)、有恒性(G)、敢為性(H)、實(shí)驗(yàn)性(Q2)、獨(dú)立性(Q3)在高、中、低分組差異性顯著(P0.01)。(5)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的健康行為、身體自我認(rèn)知能力、人格的相關(guān)分析:健康行為總分與焦慮性呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),自控力呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),中分組與自控力呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),低分組與獨(dú)立性呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)。焦慮性與ST、PSPP呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),與PC、PF呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),開(kāi)放性與PSW、ST、PC、PF、PSPP呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),獨(dú)立性與PSW、ST、PSPP呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),與PC、PF呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),自控力與ST、AB、PSPP呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。(6)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的身體自我認(rèn)知能力在人格和健康行為之間的中介效應(yīng):PSPP在人格特質(zhì)自控力和健康行為之間部分中介效應(yīng)顯著,中介效應(yīng)比值為5.3%。結(jié)論:(1)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的健康行為總分與自控力呈顯著正相關(guān)。(2)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的自控力與ST、AB、PSPP呈負(fù)相關(guān)。(3)耐力跑不達(dá)標(biāo)大學(xué)生的身體自我認(rèn)知能力在人格特質(zhì)自控力與健康行為之間中介效應(yīng)顯著,其它人格特質(zhì)中介效應(yīng)不顯著。
[Abstract]:Students in the golden stage of life, psychology and physiology are mature, health problems and work and life are closely related, but according to the national physique monitoring data shows that the physical fitness of students has been a sharp decline in the state, especially the endurance running performance is not up to the proportion of endurance running performance reaction cardiopulmonary endurance level, cardiopulmonary endurance occupies a central position in the elements of physical health, and studies have shown that the influence of College Students' physical health is more life style, so good health behaviors is the foundation for physical health. Research shows that health behavior exists not only in direct contact with the personality, there is a direct relationship with the body self cognitive ability, and physical self perception ability and personality are related. Therefore, the process of physical self cognitive ability of healthy behaviors in the personality can be as a mediator is required To further study. In this study, endurance running standards of students as objects, questionnaire or scale of 611 copies, 500 copies of valid questionnaires. Using the method of literature, the international physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ), the health behavior questionnaire, physical self-esteem scale (PSPP), cartel personality scale (16PF) the endurance running substandard health behaviors of college students, ability of physical self perception, personality measurement. Using descriptive statistics analysis of endurance running standards of students health behavior, characteristics of physical self cognitive ability and personality, the relationship between Spearman related analysis of endurance running substandard health behavior and personality of college students, Person correlation analysis of endurance running standard the relationship between self cognitive ability of College Students' personality and body, mediating effect of exploring physical self cognitive ability between personality and health behavior through the path. Results: (1) standard high endurance running The student health behavior distribution: endurance running is not up to the standard of college students health behavior is mainly manifested in the no smoking (89.6%), alcohol (80.6%), mainly reflected in the weak irregular meals (93.8%), sleep disorders (73%) and lack of physical activity (52%). Dietary behavior in boys than girls. Sleep behavior and physical activity of girls is better than boys. (2) endurance running is not up to the standard of self cognitive ability of College Students' body (PSPP) features: endurance running standards of students PSPP score was 58.21 + 8.2, at the low level; physical attractiveness (AB) score was 11.77 + 2.05, at a slightly higher level of physical quality (PF;) score was 11.07 + 1.96, at a low level.
