淺析茶飲品在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中的優(yōu)劣及改進(jìn)

【摘要】:人在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中往往需要水分及微量元素及時(shí)補(bǔ)充。對(duì)于特色的飲品--茶葉,具備了補(bǔ)充水分及微量元素的雙重功效。基于此,文章總結(jié)了茶飲品在我國(guó)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,突出茶飲品在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中的地位,重點(diǎn)分析了茶飲品應(yīng)用于體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。針對(duì)茶飲品的特點(diǎn),在攜帶、溫度以及內(nèi)含物質(zhì)等方面提出改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:In sports, people often need water and trace elements to supplement in time. For the characteristic drink-tea, it has the dual effect of supplementing water and trace elements. Based on this, the article summarizes the development of tea drinks in China. This paper highlights the status of tea drinks in sports, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of tea drinks in sports, and puts forward some improvement measures in carrying, temperature and substance content in accordance with the characteristics of tea drinks.
