美國著名游泳教練員Bob Bowman的執(zhí)教特征分析

【摘要】:文章采用觀察法、訪談法、文獻(xiàn)資料法探究Bob Bowman教練的訓(xùn)練理念與訓(xùn)練過程組織特征。研究得出:(1)教練員的訓(xùn)練理念對整個訓(xùn)練過程起著重要的導(dǎo)向作用,訓(xùn)練實(shí)踐活動是訓(xùn)練理念的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在運(yùn)動員選拔方面,不能僅僅關(guān)注個體的身體素質(zhì)和運(yùn)動成績,運(yùn)動員的意志品質(zhì)也是一項(xiàng)重要的組成部分;運(yùn)動團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)不能只停留在精神、組織等抽象、宏觀方面,要在平時訓(xùn)練、生活中就有所體現(xiàn);游泳項(xiàng)目要結(jié)合水中及陸上兩種環(huán)境下合理安排訓(xùn)練時間、科學(xué)運(yùn)用訓(xùn)練方法、針對復(fù)雜多變的競賽環(huán)境及突發(fā)狀況進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練更易提高運(yùn)動員競技水平。(2)訓(xùn)練過程組織特征:周期計劃安排上采用高負(fù)荷的小周期循環(huán)訓(xùn)練模式讓運(yùn)動員在賽季中和賽季結(jié)束時都可能創(chuàng)造出較好成績,滿足賽事增多的需求;周訓(xùn)練安排上以周三、周六的高強(qiáng)度質(zhì)量課為核心形成兩個小循環(huán);陸上訓(xùn)練安排在水上訓(xùn)練之后,保障水上強(qiáng)度的完成;采用典型負(fù)荷監(jiān)控運(yùn)動員競技能力的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the training concept and training process organization characteristics of Bob Bowman coaches by means of observation, interview and literature. It is concluded that the training concept of Bob Bowman coaches plays an important role in guiding the whole training process. The training practice activity is the realization of the training idea. In the aspect of athlete selection, we can not only pay attention to the individual's physical quality and sports achievement, but also the athlete's will quality is an important component. Sports team building should not only stay in the abstract and macroscopic aspects, such as spirit, organization, etc. It should be practiced in peacetime and reflected in life. Swimming events should be combined with water and land environment to arrange training time rationally and scientifically apply training methods. It is easier to improve the athletic level of athletes by training in the complex and changeable competition environment and sudden situation.) the organizational characteristics of the training process are as follows: the cycle planning adopts the high-load small-cycle training mode to let the athletes in the season. And at the end of the season, it is possible to achieve better results, In order to meet the increasing demand of the competition, the weekly training arrangement takes the high-intensity quality class on Wednesday and Saturday as the core to form two small cycles, the onshore training arrangement ensures the completion of the water intensity after the water training. The typical load is used to monitor the development of athletes' competitive ability.
