自主—合作教學方式在秦皇島市中職院校健美操教學中運用的實驗研究

【摘要】:研究目的:近年來隨著健美操在大眾之中的迅速普及,健美操也成為學校體育的重要組成部分,并深受廣大學生的喜愛。健美操教學是根據(jù)學生的身心發(fā)展特點,有計劃地指導學生學習健美操的基本知識、基本步法、手型、技術等雙邊活動。另外健美操教學內(nèi)容豐富、動作變化多樣、組合多、且路線多變、動作難易程度不同,在學習難度較大的動作時,通過同學之間相互幫助能更便捷、穩(wěn)固的掌握動作。健美操一般都有較多組合,要想很好地完成,學生就必須利用課余時間自己多加練習,這就需要學生有較高的自主性。傳統(tǒng)的健美操教學方式大多是“導入式”,傳教式的灌輸,扼殺了學生學習的自主性,不利于學生學習興趣的提高!白灾鳌献鳌苯虒W方式是以自主學習和合作學習的現(xiàn)代學習理論為基礎的教學方式,是根據(jù)學生的自主和合作學習特點,著重培養(yǎng)學生自主和合作學習能力的教學方式。本文通過對“自主—合作”教學方式在健美操教學中運用的研究,探討自主—合作教學方式對學生健美操學習產(chǎn)生的影響,從理論聯(lián)系實踐出發(fā)去考慮問題,為中職院校健美操教學質量的提高提供參考和建議,豐富體育教學方式改革的內(nèi)容,提供成功經(jīng)驗的支撐。研究方法:本文采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、教學實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等多種科研方法,以秦皇島市中等專業(yè)學校的60名女學生為實驗對象,平均分成實驗班和對照班。通過對中職院校健美操課中運用自主—合作教學方式的實驗研究,對兩個班的實驗結果進行研究與分析。研究結論:1在健美操課教學中采用自主-合作教學方式,對提高學生健美操學習的興趣優(yōu)于常規(guī)教學方式。2在健美操課教學中采用自主-合作教學方式,對提高學生健美操學習的態(tài)度優(yōu)于常規(guī)教學方式。3在健美操課教學中采用自主-合作教學方式,對提高學生身體素質方面與常規(guī)教學方式相比無顯著差異,而對提高學生健美操基本技術優(yōu)于常規(guī)教學方式。4在健美操課教學中采用自主-合作教學方式,對提高學生合作意識優(yōu)于常規(guī)教學方式。5在健美操課教學中采用自主-合作教學方式,對提高學生健美操技術水平優(yōu)于常規(guī)教學方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: in recent years, with the Aerobics in mass popularity, aerobics has become an important part of school sports, and loved by the students. The aerobics teaching is based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of students, there are plans to guide the students to learn the basic knowledge, basic step aerobics, hand type, bilateral activities technology. In addition the aerobics teaching content rich, action variety, combination, and changeful, degree of difficulty in learning different movements, difficult action, can help each other through more convenient between the students, firmly grasp the action. Aerobics generally have more combination, to do well, the student must exercise more their own spare time, which requires the autonomy of students is higher. The traditional aerobics teaching mode is mostly "import", with missionary, stifle students' learning Autonomy, is not conducive to improve students' interest in learning. "Autonomy cooperation" teaching method to autonomous learning and cooperative learning based on the learning theory of modern teaching methods, is based on the students' independent and cooperative learning characteristics, focusing on the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and cooperative teaching mode based on "autonomy. Cooperation" teaching mode in Aerobics Teaching in the use of research, to explore the influence of independent cooperation teaching mode on students' Aerobics learning, from the theory and practice of view to consider the issue, for the improvement of teaching quality and provide reference of Aerobics in vocational schools, enrich the reform of Physical Education Teaching content of the way, to provide the successful experience support. Methods: using literature method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the Qinhuangdao city middle school 6 0 female students as experimental subjects, divided into experimental class and control class in Vocational Colleges aerobics. Through experimental research on the application of autonomous cooperative teaching method in the course of the two classes of experimental results of research and analysis. The conclusion of the study: 1 in Aerobics Teaching in the autonomous cooperative teaching mode of interest is superior to the conventional teaching methods to improve students' learning aerobics.2 in Aerobics Teaching in the autonomous cooperative teaching mode, the attitude is better than that of the conventional teaching methods to improve students' Aerobics learning.3 learning mode in calisthenics teaching by autonomous cooperative teaching, to improve students' physical quality and conventional teaching methods compared significant differences, and to improve the students' Aerobics basic technology is better than the conventional teaching methods of.4 in Aerobics Teaching in the autonomous cooperative teaching methods to improve students' sense of cooperation is better than that of conventional teaching The learning method.5 adopts the independent cooperative teaching method in the aerobics class teaching, and is superior to the conventional teaching method to improve the students' Aerobics technical level.
