功能性訓(xùn)練對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員上肢力量的影響

【摘要】:功能性訓(xùn)練最初起自于運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)學(xué),最初的目的是在人體受傷或者本身器官功能不全的條件下用功能性訓(xùn)練使其功能恢復(fù)達(dá)到正常人水平。這一點(diǎn)在運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練中早已被利用。有人提出功能性訓(xùn)練能夠恢復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)所傷,那么提前讓運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行功能性訓(xùn)練能夠達(dá)到預(yù)防損傷的目的,這時(shí)學(xué)有人嘗試,結(jié)果表膽提前加入功能性訓(xùn)練不僅能使人體器官的功能提高預(yù)防損傷,還在一定程度上提高了本身競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)的競(jìng)技能力。本文根據(jù)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員籃球?qū)崙?zhàn)中的主要功能動(dòng)作入手,選用與籃球?qū)崙?zhàn)中的功能相近的功能性訓(xùn)練對(duì)2014cuba冠軍隊(duì)北京大學(xué)籃球隊(duì)部分隊(duì)員進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),并以山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)校隊(duì)對(duì)照得出結(jié)論。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、邏輯分析法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法。得,出的數(shù)據(jù)并加以分析表明功能性訓(xùn)練后對(duì)高水平籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員上肢力量的影響情況。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)與分析主要得出結(jié)論有通過(guò)以上結(jié)論進(jìn)行分析,得到的結(jié)論和建議有1與運(yùn)動(dòng)員上肢豎直方向力量有關(guān)的功能性訓(xùn)練可以使籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員上肢力量有豎直方向上(投籃為主)得到一定程度的提高。主要是在坐姿上推數(shù)據(jù)變化和隊(duì)員臨場(chǎng)感覺(jué)得出。與運(yùn)動(dòng)員上肢水平方向力量有關(guān)的功能性訓(xùn)練可以使籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員上肢力量在水平方向上(雙手胸前傳球?yàn)橹?得到一定程度的提高。主要是在坐姿實(shí)心球傳球數(shù)據(jù)變化和運(yùn)動(dòng)員臨場(chǎng)變化得出的。2在位置進(jìn)步幅度對(duì)當(dāng)中一號(hào)位、二號(hào)位、三號(hào)位隊(duì)員進(jìn)步較大。3在本項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程中沒(méi)有引起額外的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷。在本項(xiàng)整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程當(dāng)中沒(méi)有看到能讓運(yùn)動(dòng)員得到不適或者能夠妨礙運(yùn)動(dòng)員正常運(yùn)動(dòng)的而外的運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)損傷,這也在一定程度上說(shuō)明此項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)在本實(shí)驗(yàn)中相對(duì)安全。
[Abstract]:Functional training began in the field of motor rehabilitation. The original aim is to use functional training to restore the function to the normal human level under the condition of injury to the human body or incomplete function of one's own organs. This point has already been used in sports training. It has been suggested that functional training can be used. Enough to recover from sports injuries, Well, having athletes undergo functional training in advance can achieve the purpose of preventing injury. At this time, some people try. As a result, adding functional training in advance can not only improve the function of human organs, but also prevent injury. To a certain extent, it also improves the competitive ability of its own competitive sports. This paper starts with the main functional movements of basketball players in actual combat. The functional training which is similar to the function of basketball in actual combat is selected to carry on the experiment to some members of Peking University basketball team of 2014cuba champion army, and the conclusion is drawn by comparing the team of Shandong Agricultural University. Logical analysis method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. The data and analysis show that the influence of functional training on the upper limb strength of high-level basketball players. Through the experiment and analysis, it is concluded that the above conclusions can be analyzed. The conclusions and suggestions 1 the functional training related to the vertical force of the upper limb of the athlete can improve the strength of the upper limb of the basketball player in the vertical direction (shooting mainly) to a certain extent, mainly in the sitting position. The functional training related to the horizontal strength of the upper limb of the player can make the strength of the upper limb of the basketball player get a certain degree in the horizontal direction (mainly by both hands passing through the chest). During the course of this experiment, no additional sports injuries were caused.
