功能性訓練對籃球運動員上肢力量的影響

【摘要】:功能性訓練最初起自于運動康復學,最初的目的是在人體受傷或者本身器官功能不全的條件下用功能性訓練使其功能恢復達到正常人水平。這一點在運動訓練中早已被利用。有人提出功能性訓練能夠恢復運動所傷,那么提前讓運動員進行功能性訓練能夠達到預防損傷的目的,這時學有人嘗試,結果表膽提前加入功能性訓練不僅能使人體器官的功能提高預防損傷,還在一定程度上提高了本身競技運動的競技能力。本文根據(jù)籃球運動員籃球實戰(zhàn)中的主要功能動作入手,選用與籃球實戰(zhàn)中的功能相近的功能性訓練對2014cuba冠軍隊北京大學籃球隊部分隊員進行實驗,并以山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學校隊對照得出結論。本文采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法、實驗法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法。得,出的數(shù)據(jù)并加以分析表明功能性訓練后對高水平籃球運動員上肢力量的影響情況。通過實驗與分析主要得出結論有通過以上結論進行分析,得到的結論和建議有1與運動員上肢豎直方向力量有關的功能性訓練可以使籃球運動員上肢力量有豎直方向上(投籃為主)得到一定程度的提高。主要是在坐姿上推數(shù)據(jù)變化和隊員臨場感覺得出。與運動員上肢水平方向力量有關的功能性訓練可以使籃球運動員上肢力量在水平方向上(雙手胸前傳球為主)得到一定程度的提高。主要是在坐姿實心球傳球數(shù)據(jù)變化和運動員臨場變化得出的。2在位置進步幅度對當中一號位、二號位、三號位隊員進步較大。3在本項實驗過程中沒有引起額外的運動損傷。在本項整個實驗過程當中沒有看到能讓運動員得到不適或者能夠妨礙運動員正常運動的而外的運動會損傷,這也在一定程度上說明此項運動在本實驗中相對安全。
[Abstract]:Functional training began in the field of motor rehabilitation. The original aim is to use functional training to restore the function to the normal human level under the condition of injury to the human body or incomplete function of one's own organs.
