【摘要】：當(dāng)前高校傳統(tǒng)的體操專選培養(yǎng)模式與社會需求崗位已嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)。加上高校體育教育專業(yè)設(shè)置相似,高校大力擴(kuò)招,搶奪生源,造成體操專選畢業(yè)生逐年增加,體操畢業(yè)生市場相對飽和,畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)狀況日益嚴(yán)峻。本研究旨在分析山東省高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選課的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,研究影響其發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部因素,為體操專選的人才培養(yǎng)提供有意義的參考。本文采用多種研究方法,針對目前山東省體育教育專業(yè)體操專選畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況、各級中小學(xué)對畢業(yè)生的需求狀況以及現(xiàn)階段高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀等方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,著重對目前高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行研究,以便提出更好的人才培養(yǎng)對策。得出結(jié)論如下:1、當(dāng)前山東省高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選學(xué)生的就業(yè)狀況不是很理想,就業(yè)率不高,就業(yè)滿意程度偏低,大多數(shù)畢業(yè)生選擇的就業(yè)單位教育系統(tǒng),就業(yè)流向大多數(shù)畢業(yè)生選擇東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)城市和大中城市。2、從調(diào)查情況來看,高校體操專選培養(yǎng)模式已經(jīng)與社會需求脫節(jié),按照當(dāng)前的培養(yǎng)模式培養(yǎng)出來的學(xué)生不能滿足社會發(fā)展的需要。畢業(yè)生對就業(yè)政策缺乏了解,對就業(yè)期望值過高,就業(yè)存在盲目性,就業(yè)觀念不成熟。3、目前高校體育教育專業(yè)體操專選課各高校師資力量環(huán)節(jié)比較薄弱,很多學(xué)校的體操老師年齡偏大,而年輕教師教學(xué)水平普遍偏低。高校體操課程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置不合理,體操課程的課時(shí)數(shù)較以前已作出明顯的刪減,甚至很多高校已經(jīng)多年不開設(shè)體操課。教學(xué)場館設(shè)施不健全,場館偏小等。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional training mode of gymnastic selection in colleges and universities has been seriously disjointed with the social demand for posts. In addition, with the similar setting of physical education major in colleges and universities, colleges and universities are vigorously expanding their enrollment and seizing the source of students, resulting in an increase in the number of graduates selected for gymnastics every year. The market of gymnastic graduates is relatively saturated and the employment situation of graduates is becoming increasingly severe. This study aims to analyze the present situation of the cultivation of gymnastics elective courses for physical education majors in Shandong Province and to study the internal and external factors that affect its development. This paper adopts various research methods, aiming at the employment situation of gymnastic graduates of physical education major in Shandong Province at present. On the basis of the investigation and research on the demand for graduates at all levels of primary and secondary schools and the present situation of cultivation of gymnastic specialty of physical education major in colleges and universities, This paper focuses on the research on the training mode of gymnastic specialty of physical education major in colleges and universities, in order to put forward better countermeasures of talent training. The conclusion is as follows: 1, the employment situation of gymnastic students majoring in physical education major in Shandong Province is not very ideal at present. The employment rate is not high, the degree of employment satisfaction is on the low side, most graduates choose the employment unit education system, the employment flow to most graduates choose the developed cities in the east coast and the large and medium-sized cities. The specialized training mode of gymnastics in colleges and universities has been out of line with the social demand. The students trained according to the current training mode can not meet the needs of social development. The graduates lack of understanding of the employment policy and have too high employment expectations. There is blindness in employment, immature concept of employment. At present, the teachers in colleges and universities of physical education major in gymnastics elective courses are relatively weak, and many college gymnastic teachers are too old. However, the teaching level of young teachers is generally on the low side. The structure of gymnastic courses in colleges and universities is not reasonable, the number of classes in gymnastics courses has been significantly reduced compared with the previous ones, and even many colleges and universities have not offered gymnastics courses for many years. The venue is small and so on.
