【摘要】：年節(jié)文化是中國傳統(tǒng)文化的組成部分,其絢爛多姿的形式和廣褒豐饒的內(nèi)涵,成為民族文化的象征和載體。也正因為此,與年節(jié)關(guān)聯(lián)的相關(guān)研究,既有民族學(xué)內(nèi)容,又有文化學(xué)意義。河南民族文化傳統(tǒng)通過年節(jié)進(jìn)行傳承和延續(xù),在展示和彰顯河南民族形象的同時,弘揚(yáng)河南民族精神。研究通過對春節(jié)、清明節(jié)、端午節(jié)、中秋節(jié)四大傳統(tǒng)年節(jié)文化內(nèi)涵及習(xí)俗的梳理,了解傳統(tǒng)年節(jié)中的河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化現(xiàn)象,探討年節(jié)中河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的特征及價值。通過訪談等研究發(fā)現(xiàn),春節(jié)、清明節(jié)、端午節(jié)、中秋節(jié)四大傳統(tǒng)年節(jié)中的河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化現(xiàn)象有兩大類。一類是具有普遍性的傳統(tǒng)體育文化活動,如踩高蹺、扭秧歌、耍大頭和尚、鬧社火、舞龍燈(舞龍)、舞獅、跑旱船、蕩秋千、蹴鞠、放風(fēng)箏、拔河、賽龍舟、斗百草、拔河、跳房子、踢沙包、打陀螺、抖空竹、擊壤等。另一類是具有河南地域、人文特色的傳統(tǒng)體育文化活動。如豫南地區(qū)確山的打鐵花,豫西地區(qū)孟州的舞火龍、靈寶的東西常罵社火,豫東地區(qū)周口的龍舟會及其龍舟會的捉鴨、開封的鐵塔燃燈夜游會及其集中展示的傳統(tǒng)體育文化活動,安陽湯陰的跑帷子等。研究顯示,歷史發(fā)展中河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化在傳統(tǒng)年節(jié)中表現(xiàn)出兼容并蓄的包容性、傳播外向的開放性,活動時段模糊性,鮮明的地域二重性,突出娛樂追求的健身娛樂性,求真務(wù)實的生產(chǎn)性,崇尚自然的生活性,文化活動樣式的少樣性以及文化活動模式的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展性等特性。同時還表現(xiàn)出其社會價值和個體價值。傳統(tǒng)年節(jié)中的河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化可以培養(yǎng)人們的社會適應(yīng)性,促進(jìn)人際交流和溝通,培養(yǎng)和維系社會情感。能夠反映河南民族的崇尚喜好,培養(yǎng)民族認(rèn)同感,具有文化傳承價值。具備強(qiáng)烈的競技性和公開、公正、公平以及直觀等特點(diǎn),具有一定的競技價值。年節(jié)中河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的一大特色就是寓娛樂于健身活動之中,具有獨(dú)特的健身娛樂價值。它作為教育的內(nèi)容和手段,可以凈化和啟迪人們的心靈,具有潛移默化的教育價值。當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展中的河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化作為一種精神文化,需要物質(zhì)支撐和消耗,各種廟會、節(jié)會等作為文化傳播的載體具有廣泛的關(guān)注度和輻射力,可以帶動經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,表現(xiàn)出其經(jīng)濟(jì)價值。最后,針對研究發(fā)現(xiàn)的傳統(tǒng)年節(jié)中河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化現(xiàn)象的某些問題及其發(fā)展問題提出建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一些年節(jié)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化活動表現(xiàn)出常態(tài)化趨勢的現(xiàn)象,認(rèn)為反映了當(dāng)今社會人們文化活動的匱乏和需要,應(yīng)正視這一現(xiàn)象,關(guān)注、把握這一趨勢,建議對目前開展較好的文化活動,應(yīng)很好地繼承,并延傳下去。那些瀕臨失傳的河南傳統(tǒng)體育文化活動,應(yīng)注重挖掘和整理,結(jié)合時代特征進(jìn)行改良、創(chuàng)新出既有地域特色又能反映時代發(fā)展、時代特色的文化形式,豐富河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化內(nèi)涵。并認(rèn)為,現(xiàn)階段年節(jié)中河南民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化發(fā)展的主要任務(wù)是繼承。
