【摘要】：隨著我國老齡化進(jìn)程的加快,中老年人健康問題日益凸顯,尤其是心腦血管疾病已成為危害中老年人健康的頭號殺手。為了探討長期有規(guī)律的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動對中老年女性心腦血管功能的影響,研究通過問卷調(diào)查法篩選出40名中老年女性作為研究對象,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,每組20人。研究結(jié)果提示長期有規(guī)律的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動可以有效增強(qiáng)中老年女性的心臟泵血功能,可以增加運(yùn)動后中老年女性頸動脈的血流速度,提高運(yùn)動時的供氧能力,對中老年女性心血管健康起到積極促進(jìn)作用,但是對中老年女性腦血管的血流量以及血管直徑影響不大,這可能與隨著年齡的增加,腦血管的彈性降低有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the aging process in China, the health problems of the middle-aged and the elderly are becoming increasingly prominent. In particular, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the number one killer of middle-aged and elderly people. In order to explore the effects of long-term regular tennis on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular function of middle-aged and elderly women, In this study, 40 middle-aged and elderly women were selected by questionnaire, and were divided into experimental group and control group, 20 in each group. The results showed that long-term regular tennis can effectively enhance the heart pump function of middle-aged and elderly women. It can increase the blood flow velocity of carotid artery, increase oxygen supply ability during exercise, and promote cardiovascular health of middle-aged and elderly women. However, it has little effect on the blood flow and diameter of cerebrovascular in middle-aged and elderly women, which may be related to the decrease of cerebral vascular elasticity with increasing age.
