【摘要】：青奧會(huì)和奧運(yùn)會(huì)的東道城市和國(guó)家越來越重視通過奧運(yùn)賽事的承辦為其創(chuàng)造"遺產(chǎn)"。通過對(duì)既有文獻(xiàn)資料的研究,進(jìn)行邏輯分析,結(jié)合專家訪談,闡釋"奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)"概念的內(nèi)涵,并從體育參與、社會(huì)進(jìn)步、環(huán)境保護(hù)、城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的角度分析青奧會(huì)和奧運(yùn)會(huì)遺產(chǎn)的異同并討論其原因。雖然青奧會(huì)與奧運(yùn)會(huì)同屬奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)體系并一脈相承致使二者在奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)方面有很多相似之處,但二者辦賽理念和影響范圍的迥異仍然可以體現(xiàn)在奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)中。2007年后,青奧會(huì)和奧運(yùn)會(huì)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)并存的原因在于各自不同的發(fā)展重心。發(fā)展的要求和現(xiàn)實(shí)的考驗(yàn)是青奧會(huì)和奧運(yùn)會(huì)的共同議題,如果奧運(yùn)會(huì)要以世界性大型賽會(huì)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的意義來度量"奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)",青奧會(huì)就有必要從全球青少年通過體育所搭建的平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)溝通與理解的角度來框架"奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)"的范疇。區(qū)分與辨別所促進(jìn)對(duì)于"奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)"的理解并不是主要目的,面對(duì)2022年冬奧會(huì)的挑戰(zhàn),通過前期計(jì)劃和組織影響"奧運(yùn)遺產(chǎn)"的產(chǎn)生和作用才是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
[Abstract]:The host cities and countries of the Youth Olympic Games and the Olympic Games are paying more and more attention to creating a "heritage" for them through the hosting of Olympic events. Explain the connotation of the concept of "Olympic heritage", and from sports participation, social progress, environmental protection, From the perspective of urban construction and economic development, the similarities and differences between the Olympic Games and the Olympic heritage are analyzed and the reasons are discussed. Although the Youth Olympic Games and the Olympic Games belong to the Olympic sports system and follow the same lineage, there are many similarities between the two in terms of the Olympic heritage. However, the differences between the two concepts and the scope of influence can still be reflected in the Olympic heritage. After 2007, The reason why the Youth Olympic Games and the Olympic Games can achieve coexistence lies in their different development priorities. The requirements for development and the practical test are the common topics of the Olympic Games and the Youth Olympic Games. If the Olympic Games is to measure the "Olympic heritage" in the sense of social and economic development of the world's major tournaments, it is necessary for the Olympic Games to be framed from the perspective of the communication and understanding of the youth of the world through the platform set up by sports. " The category of "Olympic heritage". The distinction and identification of the understanding of the "Olympic heritage" promoted is not the primary aim. In the face of the challenge of the Olympic Games in 2022, it is urgent to influence the generation and role of the Olympic heritage through early planning and organization.
