【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的加強(qiáng)和體育休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)城市圈的構(gòu)建與體育一體化發(fā)展的有機(jī)結(jié)合,成為新形勢(shì)下的必然選擇。雄安新區(qū)的設(shè)立,為京津冀體育休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)的一體化發(fā)展提供了巨大的歷史機(jī)遇。深入分析了體育休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)一體化和集群化的概念、特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展動(dòng)因,并對(duì)京津冀地區(qū)體育一體化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、機(jī)遇及其挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的探討。其機(jī)遇涵蓋了豐富的體育資源和發(fā)達(dá)的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、較大的政策扶持力度和市場(chǎng)潛力,以及獨(dú)特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和完善的體育設(shè)施。挑戰(zhàn)則主要包含產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的不一致、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的不平衡性、產(chǎn)業(yè)總體規(guī)模較小和結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)京津冀體育休閑產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展的對(duì)策,即充分利用雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,貫徹全民健身戰(zhàn)略、制定產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)政策,整合體育資源、大力發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),以及優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的供給。
[Abstract]:With the strengthening of regional economic integration and the development of sports leisure industry, promoting the organic combination of urban circle construction and sports integration development has become the inevitable choice under the new situation. This paper provides a great historical opportunity for the integration development of sports leisure industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The concept, characteristics and development motivation of integration and cluster of sports leisure industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are deeply analyzed, and the present situation of sports integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is also discussed. Opportunities and challenges are discussed in detail. The opportunities include rich sports resources and developed sports industries, greater policy support and market potential. The challenges mainly include the inconsistency of industrial development planning, the imbalance of industrial development, the overall scale of industry and the unreasonable structure of the industry. The countermeasures to promote the cluster development of sports and leisure industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are put forward, that is, to make full use of the development opportunity of the construction of Xiong'an New area, to carry out the strategy of national fitness, to formulate the policy of industrial linkage, to integrate sports resources, and to vigorously develop superior industries. And optimize the supply of products and services.
